They are installing the windows today and everything seems to be going very well. I am certain I am going to happy with this company. They also repaired sliding glass door rollers last year that was worn out and the door was hard to open and close.

Order took a week longer than salesmen told us. Love the Windows and the installation process was great. They were really good and kept everything clean and tidy. Very pleased. These Windows are a lot nicer than what the big box stores offer. Love them.

Everything went exactly as planned. They are timely, professional, and neat. I would highly recommend them.

We had old french doors and normal doors that were rotting. They removed the rotted doors and put in high quality sliding doors. They also installed high quality windows. Professional, on time, highly trustworthy, and they had great clean up after the service. I would recommend them to others! (The cost was between $20,000 and $25,000, I can not remember the specific amount)

replaced glass in roll out window, did not check to see if the window would roll back in to seal in a rental house. I spoke to her again on Saturday and she mentioned that the window that was replaced still would not close and never had since the window pane was replaced. We called this morning and the person who answered said it had been repaired, a technician had been out in January and it m told him the window worked just fine.. I spoke to the tenant and they said it had never been repaired. Will not use this vendor again.

I am needing an estimate on a complete re-screening of my lanai. I contacted this company through the message system of Angie's List and told them of my needs. I left my name, address, phone number, and email address. We have not been able to get together yet to produce an estimate. Once we finally got together for an estimate, I was told this company will NOT re-screen the top of a pool cage, and so I will have to try elsewhere. Maybe that should have been discussed upfront, BEFORE we scheduled the estimate - it sure would have saved BOTH OF US a lot of time.........

They did not show up the morning of 2/18. We called and they said it would be early afternoon (1-2p.m.) At 4:00 when they hadn't called or shown up, we called again. They had issues that afternoon and would not be able to make it to Spring Hill. Someone was to call me the morning of 2/19 to let me know when they would be able to come and repair the door. At 11:30 when no one had called, we called AGAIN. They didn't know when they could get us back on the schedule. He said we are "all the way up in Spring Hill" - meaning that was the issue. So I cancelled the service call. If they don't want to service up in Spring Hill, then they should tell people that. Previously they installed $7,000 worth of vinyl windows for us in 2015. We had communication problems then as well. Once this company finally get to you they do a great job. But their response time, punctuality and professionalism leave a lot to be desired.

he scheduled a time to come and replace the windows , but never showed up and never called us again. we called but we got absolutely NO response. we had to put the windows in ourselves.

I was skeptical about this company after reading 3 bad reviews in a row but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. My appointment was scheduled between 12:30-3:30 today. At 3:30 I decided to call to see what the delay was and the gentleman from the service department said the technician ran into some issues and was behind schedule. He said he was going to call the technician and call me back to see if he was going to make it out today. Well I never got a call back. I called their office again and they were closed for the day so I assume they are not coming. I am so furious with their unprofessionalism. They could have had the common courtesy to call me, there is no excuse for that! My time is just as valuable as theirs.

The main sliding glass door to our lanai is 23 years old and difficult to use. I had cleaned and lubricated it twice since moving here a year and a half ago. The clean/ lube helped a little but after researching Angie's List I found reviews of PW&D and called them for help. The lady who answered was pleasant and provided the cost to replace the door rollers and I accepted. The workers were on time, friendly, and quickly completed the work. The door now glides easily. Wonderful!

I have a small window pane in a residential home that needs repair. This company was the highest rated that did repairs. According to the service map, my address is well within their area. The gentleman sounded like he didn't want the job, and when he asked my address, his response was, "that's too far." When I notified him that Angie's List had my address in his service area, he only said that he needs to check on that. I'm sure if I wanted all my windows replaced, he would have made the trip. Poor customer service. And, I will be in the market for new windows in the future, but not with this company.

From the moment I initially reach out by phone to schedule a visit for an estimate, I was uneasy with the way the call was handled. not rude at all, but I did not feel confident I was hiring a good service provider. Long story short, we agreed on a date to come to the house and they never showed up, nor call to re-schedule. That's unprofessional, everyone's time is valuable, don't make people wait for you half a day and don't even show up. Head's up: they don't have wood doors, only fiber glass.

I called telling them that I had a problem with the windows staying up. They sent someone to look at the windows . he would have to would have to make parts or order them. He also said he never saw windows like this before and that before. He would have to talk to someone in the shop about them. After a month of not hearing anything from them I called and they knew nothing about the windows. The person was nasty on the phone so i just hung up. NOT NICE

representative was at appointment on time, professional and qualified. Measured old window and scheduled appointment for installing new window. Rep returned after construction of new window, removed damaged window, and installed new window. Very satisfied. Third window they have fixed for us. Will use again in future, if needed (hope not)

They are always timely to do any work we required, always doing a good job at a fair price.

Tech replaced rollers and track with a ss steel track. Took about an hour. No problems works like new.

I was shown how to operate my new windows and how to remove and clean the screens. I was told I could call them if I had any problems or questions. The supervisor stopped by and stayed to help when he found out the job would take longer than expected. They finished in time for me to hand out Halloween Candy to the little ones. It has been almost a year now and I am very happy with the quality of the windows and how beautiful they are.

Our sliding glass door was sticking and screeching when we tried to open or shut it. We called Pasco Window & Door the day after Christmas. The door was serviced with new rollers within a week. Terry, the mechanic, showed up at the time he said he would. He was very friendly and professional, answering any questions before beginning the work. The work was completed at the quoted price of 95.00. We're happy with the service provided. We would use Pasco Window & Door again. David & Ann Tackett

Pasco Window and Door came out to our house to fix two windows that needed new springs in order to close. After coming out to quote us, they did not have the part needed and said it would take a few days, or up to a week to get the part. They did a nice job fixing the windows. My frustration came when they got the part in, and did not call to notify us, and were not able to come install it for a few more weeks. They also do not work on Saturdays which made scheduling difficult. Overall, the work was great, but the scheduling was an issue.

I called and spoke with one of the representatives at Pasco Window. I was having a problem opening up my living room and dining room window, even though they looked just fine. He explained about the balances on the side of each window and the track upon which the window had to run. Apparently, mine had shifted and jammed in the track. Since the house is almost 40 years old I have no doubt this is the problem. He then looked it up in his catalog and told me exactly how much it would cost for each window and gave me a total for parts and labor. Most companies won't do this unless they come out and view the problem first. Of course, this then incurs a service charge. I do plan on having Pasco Window do this work for me.

Delivered on time and completed work quickly and cleaned up properly.

They did a good job at a good price, and they did what they said they were going to do. They were the cheapest around after we got about 5 quotes.
