Description of Work: Installed exhaust fan, replaced a light fixture, added a wall outlet and added an exterior light fixture. They gave a time window of when they would arrive and kept me up to date on their timing. Once they arrived, they moved quickly, cleaned up as they worked, and were finished in two hours. I plan to use them again in a couple of months.

Description of Work: installed a ceiling fan with light and remote switches, |replaced a light fixture on screened in porch |installed 5 rheostats |installed a recessed light in a pre-existing outlet in the ceiling |I bought the rheostats and my brother had installed 2 of them but they didn't work. I was told there was something |wrong with them; but they took them away and I couldn't return them to Home Depot, and ended up paying for the ones they supplied. One of the light switches was installed upside down and one was very hot when it was on. The owner came out and fixed both of these to my satisfaction.

We'd like to apologize for this review. We have searched and searched and can find no record of having done work for you, or at this address at any point in time. I genuinely wish that we could have reached you in order to get some clarification in regards to what was ostensibly done, why you were so displeased with it, or why this review was posted two years after the supposed service date but neither us nor Angie's List was able to contact you. We absolutely love our Angie's List customers because their feedback is always helpful, even if it's negative and it's a shame that there are no comments or critiques with this in order to help us be better. Since we have been unable to find any record of this job or customer and have been unable to contact anyone to verify the work we will do our best to live up to our standard of work which is clearly shown by our other reviews and our Super Service award. Please feel free to reach out to us so that we can verify what was done and attempt to make things right.

Description of Work: Mr. Crawford met me at my vacant lot to see what it would take to have a temporary power pole installed. He told me what I needed to do before the city would issue a permit. He met me at 9:00 A.M. on a Saturday morning, was on time and very helpful and didn't charge a dime for his time. When I build on the property, I will use him to run my electricity. He is a very nice and helpful man.
