Description of Work: Crawford Electric was the only electric company (out of 3) that was able to drop everything to come out to our house for an inspection after a fire. Jeff Crawford went thru hoops with St. Johns county and JEA to get our power turned back on as fast as he could. Will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I had a bathroom vent replaced. | |A couple electricians showed up about 10 minutes late (which is why the B). They went straight to work and completed the job quickly. When they were finished, they cleaned up the area and any areas they walked though.

Description of Work: This Coupon is just a ploy to get your business. Told me the coupon was not valid for the job. They switched me to a "flat quote". They could have had a better way of applying the 2 hour labor coupon to the quote. It would have made me feel better. Job took 4 hours. Ended up over $850. |Did a great job, but way to expensive.... Guess that pays for the giant Mercedes Benz vans. |

Description of Work: Arrived late without calling. Moved 2 outdoor lights (had to use my ladder as their's was not tall enough. Tried to trouble shoot the non-working lights on my fans, thought it might be the ballast but "it would cost as much as a new fan". I called the fan company and they confirmed it probably is the ballast which costs $15. I have ordered one to try out and see if that fixes the problem.

The price paid was a pre-paid Angie's list service. Looking at the service invoice, the service was done to your specifications and liking. There was an additional fee of $50 for parts used -which are not included in the pre paid Angie's list service that you purchased. I'm sorry that you feel like you were over charged for a service that was done to your liking and that you prepaid for.

Description of Work: The crew showed up on time. I asked for them to call me when they were about 15 minutes away, so I could leave work. They called, and were waiting when I arrived. They had all the necessary tools, were professional, took time to ask questions, and finished the job quickly. Afterwards, they cleaned up. I will definitely use them for any future jobs.
