from beginning to end awesome experiance. they had trouble finding air conditioning line for my 2003 Dodge Durango.. Trevor was awesome. He would call me with daily updates on my car. he finally found part in Texas and expiditad shipment. Living in Florida air in my car is neccasary. I alco explaied to Richie Starr taking vehicle on long trip and he did a free inspection for me. Detailed billing too.

Oil change, check tires, change wiper blades, check fluids. (toyota 4 runner).
The price was fair and he advised me of a problem (that is still under warranty) that I should address with the dealer.
It was refreshing to have my vehicle serviced by someone I felt was trustworthy. He was very professional, and courteous.
I am new to this area and to Florida; it was important that I find a reputable person that I could take my vehicle to for routine service.
On June 24 I brought my vehicle back (I did not have an appointment this time) for a tire check because my tire light was on. He was able to check the tires for me and plug the tire that had a leak. I only had to wait for a short time. I really appreciated having the problem taken care of on short notice.
I highly recommend  Trevor. His strong work ethic was very evident to me. I will continue to take my vehicle to him for service. Also, he has the sweetest Pugs, they were very entertaining.

Ricky is almost too professional.   I went in right after they opened today and got fixed up very quickly.  I especially like the place cause they pick me up and take me back home.  very convienent.  No mechanic is a bargain and I guess shouldnt be.   you want to pay for repairs fairly.  Im always happy w/ how quickly Ricky Starr gets the job done.  no appts necessary.

Guys were quick and to the point.  They inspected the truck, found the problem gave me a quote and did the repair with no pushing of additional service.  The price came in lower than others in the area quote me.

The were great about explaining what they were doing and why.  They also made sure she understood the need of regular checks on the tire, fluids, etc. and how to complete them.  They NEVER made her feel stupid for asking questions.  The work was always completed correctly and they worked well with our warranty company. Trevor is fantastic and always friendly.  They have always been honest with us and have told us whether we can push a repair or it must be done immediately.  Never pushed extra service on us.   Trevor would even give my daughter info over the phone when she was out of state whether to drive or park the car!

They are knowledgeable, prompt, very clear and helpful in explaining the work.  They are very particular about their work... use best quality parts... so price is a bit higher than some.. but the results are great and they stand behind them. Highly recommend.  They will tell it like it is.

They were a bit expensive, but the end results were worth the cost.  Furthermore, the staff was friendly, completed the work on schedule, and was very knowledgeable.

We found out about Starr's when my Jeep broke down one Sunday afternoon.  We called roadside assistance and they sent Starr's to tow us.  We found out that Starr's could store the Jeep overnight in a covered area, protected from the rainy weather.  They had the repairs completed the next Monday.  Richey and his crew were incredibly professional, helpful, and got my classic Jeep running like a dream!  We just moved to the area and weren't sure what auto repair place to use.  We feel blessed to have found them and will be using them from now on.

They were knowledgeable about general car isues, had competitive prices, and did competent work.  However, they seemed to lack technical expertise on after-market items such as turbochargers and the like.

They weren't cheap, but they did a fine job and completed the work in a timely manner.  In addition, they were very professional and seemed quite knowledgeable.

I feel as though they do unnecessary work in order to charge higher prices.  Once, I went to them and ended up buying tires that I didn't really need.

I've been dealing with Starr's for nearly 10 years now, and I've always had good experiences.  Trevor and Richie have been managing the business for several years, and they do a great job.  Furthermore, they provide honest recommendations as well as take the time to demonstrate why they recommend a course of action.  They are also extremely knowledgeable and do quality work.

They told me that the problem was due to a major engine malfunction and quoted a price of $500 for the necessary repairs.  I decided to get a second opinion and called my friend who is very knowledgeable about cars.  Ultimately, he told me that the only problem was that the car needed radiator fluid and water, nothing else.

They are the best of the best in our greater Navarre, FL area.  I was completely satisfied.

Everything went well.  They did quality work, and they even did extra work without charging for it.  Furthermore, we appreciated that they didn't attempt to sell additional services and that they offered a credit card service which was interest free if paid in full within a 90-day period.

Starr's has been our go-to auto service for nearly 6 years.  They are incredibly reliable and have always been able to work on my car the day that I bring it into the shop. The staff, particularly Trevor, is highly knowledgeable, does excellent work, and has been a good resource for our hybrid vehicle.  They've also been great about picking me up when my car is in the shop.   In fact, they've picked me up in the middle of nowhere a few times.  Ultimately, I would recommend them to others.

I've been a customer of Starr's for 10 years.  Their prices are a bit higher than most, but they are staffed by master mechanics that do quality work.  In addition, they routinely go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.  I trust them implicitly with my cars, and they're the only auto service that I'll use.
