The initial installation in 2014 was a bait and switch scenario where they advertised one price. We talked it through on the phone and I ordered the installation. And in the middle of the install they price went up. It took days to resolve as I stopped the installation until it was resolved.
The monitoring services I can't really speak to as I never had a break in.
I just called to let them know I was moving this month. They said I had a contract until June of 2017 and I had to pay the full amount regardless if I move. Though they did say if I send them proof I moved, they will only make me pay 90% ($355.00) I asked the girl if she though she was doing me a big favor by dropping it 10% and she though she was!. She then told me I should have read the fine print and its the companies policy to keep charging customer. She was short and rude.
This company has no concept of customer service or good business ethics.
I would recommend that no one use this company unless they have a crystal ball for the future as once you are in this contract there is no way out.
