Plumbing Today

It was very nice working with this company. From the phone call, after booking for the repair, to the actual repair. I received emails and text messages to help keep me informed on when Todd was coming. I really was impressed with the professionalism of everything. I will definately use them, again, for my plumbing needs.

I had a plumber called for a slide bar I needed in my shower.....when I asked him ow much it would be he said $260....but I tolled him I could by the rod on Amazon for less and he suggested I buy a Moen which I did for $135 and it had 2 sower heads so I was happy.....he did a great job installing it in 10 minutes and when I asked how much he said $260 so I paid that no matter that I bought the product for him too install..so installation was $260? I think that was highway robbery and I love the work they do!!!!!!! but I mean!

Everything went fine, except the next morning I had to take care of a couple of leaks... They should call after the fact to verify that everything ended up as agreed. I know that none of them do.

Plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. Reasonable price for better commercial water heater and whole house water filter. Much better warranty than big box store.

Tod was knowledgeable and efficient. He did a very good job and would hire him again.

Their high prices do not make its value for the money. Also, do not buy the 10-year warranty for a six-year water heater.

Todd Krause was the technician on our job and he was knowledgeable,efficient and experienced with repairing our tankless water heater. Would definitely use him again.

The plumbing tech, Shaq, was professional, courteous, and did excellent work.

I think they can perform satisfactorily but do not have the depth of experienced professionals to be in a top provider category yet.
