I called in a complaint,and they did not return my call.

They did a fantastic job and there was no delay. They're a wonderful company. It was done in a very professional manner. They have a warranty service for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical!

Aaron was incredibly helpful. He explained the problem and the easiest, most inexpensive way to fix it. The company answered my calls, questions, and concerns. It was an immediate need, so they scheduled me right away. Most important, they showed up when they said they would.

The man that came to look at my shower head was contending. I am female but I had a general contracting license an business. He took the head out of the package and proceeded to say it was an easy job. He did not listen to the fact that I had already figured it wasn't a simple job. His answer was to cut the pipe (and I told him that is what I wanted) or take out the closet behind the shower. Upon leaving he claimed he would locate a fitting for the cut and return my call. That never happened. Very unprofessional.

My wife had most of the dealing with Stephen and she says that he was awesome. Was more expensive than I expected but my expectations were from 10 years ago so they were a little off. Very pleased with his communication and explanations of new codes and why we were spending what we did. Would absolutely recommend this company.

After some detective work, they found the problem and while they were at the home, checked other areas of the home for possible problems that the regular home inspector did not find. Their thorough inspection helped the buyer make an informed decision on whether to move forward and purchase the home or look for another . Very knowledgeable and professional. i would definitely refer them to future clients.
