!!!!!DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THESE PEOPLE TELL YOU !!!!!!! I was quoted a price of $300 - $500 to fix the water leak, remove drywall, remove the existing vanity, treat any molded area and I thought repair those areas affected and hook up my new vanity. He also talked about matching the texture of the existing drywall. He told me that someone could be at my house the following day to begin. Day 1: No show. His helper didn't finish his previous job. Day 2: No show. His helper was sick Day 3: His helper showed up and was still sick. I had to help remove the vanity and drywall. He did fix the water leak. I set up my own fan to dry out the damage the water leak had caused to the framing. He didn't bring any. Day 4: Two individuals showed up. They didn't bring any drywall. They didn't bring any insulation. They were gone over two hours to pick up what should have been brought to the job site in the first place. I asked a question regarding tile work that I was to do. The helpers answer didn't ring true to me or the individual he brought with him. He installed a new electrical fixture that I had requested. Day 5: Two individuals showed up. They moved my new free standing vanity into the master bath. I told the company owner and his helper that they COULD NOT install the vanity until they measured where the access panel was located. They left TWO times for a total of over three hours. During the second absence I measured the vanity drain pipe. It WAS NOT high enough to enter the access panel. The helper was going to cut into the back and up through the shelf of the $1,700 vanity I had just purchased! He then told me that he could not raise up the drain pipe. I had to show him where he could cut the pipe in another place to accomplish this. They still did not bring any insulation. I let them use some of mine. In late January I received two invoices totaling over $1,800. When I spoke with the owner he told me that the original estimate was for the removal ONLY. Not what I was told when he was in the bathroom on December 31. Workmanship was shoddy at best. The helper argued with me about a number of items being done. He told me the tile work didn't matter BECAUSE NO ONE WOULD SEE IT ANYWAY. On 2/10 I discussed the invoices with the owner Todd Trimble. He agreed to accept the $500 as quoted in the original estimate. I wrote out the check and was prepared to send immediately, BUT I received text messages from his helper, Doug Lockhart. These texts were threatening and VULGAR. I called Trimble and asked if he was aware of what Lockhart had texted. He said he had received a copy. I asked Trimble to "call off his dog". But an hour or so later I received MORE threatening texts from Lockhart. On 2/19 Apex Plumbing came and I had them look over the work Lockhart had done. They cut open the wall and found that the plumbing that was done by Lockhart was poorly done. A fitting Lockhart used was barely attached to the drain pipe. According to Apex, "it surely would have leaked". Also the drain pipe from the second vanity was sloped in the wrong direction - AWAY from the drain not towards it. Apex replaced ALL of Lockharts poor install and hooked up the vanity. It works GREAT. It cost an additional $200 to fix Lockharts work but it was well worth it. That same afternoon, I began receiving many many harassing calls from Lockhart. I asked him to stop, but he just kept up the harassing calls. I called my local police department and a Sheriffs Officer came to fill out a complaint. The Officer spoke with Trimble and we agreed, again, on the original estimate to be payment in full. I WOULD never never never USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE If you go to Trimble's website: www.naplesmold.com you will find a wonderful letter from Trimble stating that you will know the total cost of a project before it begins. That is NOT TRUE! You will also find that you do not have to worry about the price changing during the project. This is NOT TRUE either! Please DO NOT use this company. It is my experience that they are neither professional nor ethical.

Description of Work: They performed an inspection and testing in our attic of our new home under construction for mold. They performed the remediation one week later and were punctual and professional. Would highly recommend them to realtors especially who often need these services for clients.

Shawn and his team are great! Shawn came over for a consultation in a timely fashion. My husband and I were expecting the worst and estimated that the work we needed would be at least $1500-$2000 dollars. Shawn did a thorough inspection of the problem and it wasn't nearly as bad as we thought. He could have easily exaggerated what was going on (we know nothing about mold) and charged us a small fortune, but instead he was very upfront and honest about the problems. Shawn and his team were able to start on the project very quickly and did a fantastic job! Our problem is resolved and he gave us a warranty for all the work. Highly recommend!
Description of Work: Shawn and his team removed mold from my bathroom (including the shower, which has never looked so good), applied fungicide, patched up some drywall where my AC was leaking and cleaned the vents/ducts in my home.

I cannot say how Shawn's performance of the work was because he has not done it yet, the reason I am posting this review is because I am cancelling my account on Angie's List and wanted to write a review in case I could not write one, which I presume, after my account is cancelled. Shawn showed up on time to provide us with a quote for the work, he was very professional and his quote was very competitive. We obviously liked Shawn because we choose his company to clean up the mold in our condo.
