Mike V the estimator was early, professional, and expedient. Miguel and his crew followed the directions on the lay out perfectly. They even stayed until a storm passed so that they could finish up.

We have been putting off upgrading our fence for years and finally decided we would do so in 2021. I called around to get several estimates and was completely surprised by how many places either didn't respond to my voicemail/email, didn't show up after setting up an appointment and/or showed up without brochures and/or samples and told me I would have to wait for up to a week to even get the estimate. We were four estimates in when Mike from Family Company arrived (after having confirmed the day before) a few minutes ahead of our scheduled time. We walked the property together several times. There was zero pressure. We talked about different options and he was happy to make suggestions when I asked him to. When he left I felt like I knew more about fencing then I would ever need to know, but in a good way. I called him the next day when I thought of another question and he was (again) happy to help. I still had one more estimate scheduled for the next day but while speaking with Mike I couldn't help myself from telling him we were choosing Family Fence Company. Why would I pay the same amount to another company when Family Fence Company had already been taking such good care of us? We received our install day the following week and a week from then our fence was being built right before my eyes! The team that installed the fence did a great job! When they arrived, we walked around the property, confirmed we were on the same page, talked through the process and I couldn't believe it when they finished in less than 5 hours! And they did such a terrific job of cleaning up that other than the stunning fence you would never know they were here. I walk around my neighborhood a lot (gotta get my steps!) and I have seen so many fences that aren't straight or gates that don't hang right and ours is perfect! I definitely recommend Family Fence Company, start to finish!

Rude and difficult to communicate with the Installers 3. Day one installers show up late then spend a few hours on the phone with the office they leave and refuse to do the job. I'm left to contact the office to find out what is going on. I'm told by the office they can't replace the existing 6 ft fence around the pool equipment area but they can install a 4 ft fence. Reluctantly I agree to the 4 ft fence around the pool equipment but 6 ft for the rest of the yard. and reschedule the install. 4. Second install date the crew shows up late and the install begins. I'm asked by the installer why I'm not having 6 ft around the pool equipment area. I proceed to tell him about the first crew and he shakes his head and tells me there was no reason it could not have been 6 ft. He already had the 4 ft fence installed so I tell him to leave it. But the front yard fence had to be fixed because he installed 4 ft there and the pool was unsecure and anyone can climb over the 4 ft and I would be liable. He tells me the blue prints say 4 ft and there is nothing he can do I need to call the office. I call the office and tell them what happen and reschedule a 3rd install date. 5. Third install crew arrives late afternoon and replaces the 4 ft section of fence with 6 ft. so the yard is now secure but the fence is higher on one side and it looks terrible . By this point I've dealt with them for weeks and I'm done dealing with this company so I can NOT RECOMENT them!!!!!!!!!!!!

All around great service by a professional local company. I would definitely recommend Family Fence Company to anyone in my area. I had multiple estimates from other local companies, but Family Fence had better prices, warranties, and provided a folder of information that made me trust the company even more.

We used Family Fence Company of Florida after recommendations from many people in our neighborhood. They made what could have been a complicated process dealing with the HOA very easy for us. They communicated directly with our HOA and made sure to keep us in the loop the entire process. Install was right on time and done quickly and efficiently. Purchasing a fence from Family Fence was an extremely pleasant experience. It started with responsiveness. Family Fence was 1/2 companies to respond to my inquiries. Numerous either didn’t follow through or pick up. Gary showed up for a free quote within two business days and had a professional packet and spent a lot of time reviewing my options and educating me on their products. This is one of the main reasons I went with this company. On top of this, their quote was cheaper. The only downside was that they are about a month out of install, but it was so worth it. Two gentlemen showed up on install day and put up the fence in 4-6 hours. The fence is consistent all the way around and they did a really great job. They also payed attention to detail and put concrete in every post so that the fence would not be damaged during a hurricane. Also, comes with a warranty. We did white PVC. 10/10 would recommend! After numerous quotes Family Fence was the way to go. Best price and even a guarantee up to a cat 1 hurricane. Installation was timely and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.
