Good job no mess on time

Easy from start to finish. Initiated company through Angies list and email. Mike replied promptly and we set up a date to meet at the house and discuss options. He was professional and helpful. Gave ideas, measured and reviewed my village regulations. I called him when I got approval and as he said originally, it was approx 2 weeks. Job was done qucikly and it looks wonderful.Mike called to see if I was satisfied the next day

Overall we were very pleased with the job. The workers arrived right on time and had our existing fence removed in no time. Additionally, the installation of the PVC fence went smoothly and the workmanship was very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

I did a lot of checking around on the internet for prices and references. Overall Family fence was the cheapest and had excellent references on Angies list so I decided to use them. I was glad I did. The fence came out beautiful. My little dog has fiquered out how to get under the first day though, so I would not recomend vinyl for familys with a small dog. We are going to have to add concrete all beneath 100 ft of fencing! The installers did a very good job with making the fence look level even though the yard is very uneven. Mike was always available to answer any questions I had either via phone or emails. All and all a very pleasant experience.

The work was being timed to my new pool construction and Family Fence fit into my schedule on time and did a quality job.

I am very pleased. I spoke with Mike on different occasions and he took his time in answering questions i had. Never high pressure sales tactics. He worked with me on the price of the fence. He came out the day of installation to make sure everything was going well. His crew were courteous and on time. The job was done in a day. I would highly reccomend his company.

It just doesn't get any better than this. I emailed Family Fence from their website for a quote, and Mike promptly called me to make arrangements to give me an on-site quote. Mike arrived when he said he would and provided me a quote on the spot. I obtained three quotes for the fencing work, and Family Fence was the cheapest, with the Angie's List 5% discount. I called Mike to let him know I was ready to get started, and he called me back with a date they could complete the work. It turned out to be sooner than I expected and I was going to be out of town. Mike completed the job on the day he said he would, and called me to let me know that everything was done. When I returned home I was happy to see the fencing installed and it looked great. I am very happy with the service that Mike from Family Fence provided.

I was very happy with this company. They were on time and the price was reasonable. The quality of work was great. The fence has held up great so far and has been in place for the last four months.

From start to finish Michael Kennedy, the owner of Family Fence, was very professional. He came for the estimate, he offered to do the paperwork for our HOA, he followed up with calls to see the status of our approval, and then he and one of his employees came to install the fence.

The work was excellent, thorough, and accomplished is a short amount of time. The workers were very pleasant and responsive to a couple of concerns. One was from a neighbor, that they not take down his section of the chain link fence. The workers simply worked around the fence and the neighbor was very pleased. The workers also contacted another neighbor to ask if they could trim a bush that was just on the property line. These neighbors were also pleased that their permission was sought. The workers also took great care in seeing that the unfinished section was secure before leaving at night. That was important to me, since I have 3 dogs who are not used to going beyond the yard. The work was excellent, timely and efficient. I would certainly recommend this company if you have any fencing needs.

Great! We are fully satisfied with the quality of the work. The price was lower than I was quoted over the phone, because when they came out to measure before doing the work they found the length was several feet shorter than my measurement. I was impressed that they corrected the price to reflect their measurement, rather than charging me for my incorrect figure. I appreciated that. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Mike came out and did my initial estimate for vinyl fencing. He quoted me at around $6000.00 for the vinyl fencing. The quote was about par for the other estimates I received but he did offer a 10% Angie's list discount. I ended up changing my mind and going with the cedar just to save some money. Mike really explained everything well and gave me a good feeling so I just decided to go with them. The guys who came to do the fence were very professional. They finished the job in about 7 hours. Any questions I had they were glad to answer and seemed very knowledgeable. I left before the job was done so didn't have a chance to do the final inspection until the next day. The fence looked fantastic except for a few of the pickets looked a little dirty. I called Mike and told him everything looked great but I didn't like a few of the pickets and he told me it was no problem and came out the next day and changed them himself. All and all I had a great experience and would definitely recommend

Family business and they are nice to work with.

Owner (Mike) showed up on time for all appointments. Work started on schedule and was completed in one day as required. Materials are as promised, and workmanship is excellent. Completed fence was inspected by foreman and minor (very minor) faults rectified. My neighbor had work done by Family Fence simultaneously. We are both very well pleased. Too bad all jobs are not done in this pleasant and professional way!

They were next to lowest bidder (lowest was not member of Angie's List). Mike did not charge extra to write up the bid to my Owners Association specs. He had to order the gate special and as soon as it was done he notified me and we scheduled the job. The crew was on-time, polite and hard working. The work was done quickly and they did an excellent job of cleaning the area spotless after they loaded up the old fence. Mike also sent me a written warranty on the fence. The fence and gate exceeded my expectations!

Three well mannered workmen arrived at the prearranged time. They efficiently removed the existing fence and built a new one in about six hours. All posts were set in concrete. The new fence was level and sturdy, the metal framed gates secure and free swinging. All in all the price and workmanship were excellent.

I was in between Family Fence and another popular company. The owner made me feel very comfortable with his quality of product and workers. His price was fair and finished product excellent. We did, however, have a small issue with the gate, but it was fixed same day.

They were excellent. The fence was not cheap but he gave us a 10% discount for a referal. They finished it in 1 day. They did all the leg work with the home association.

The estimate was done over the phone as I new what I wanted. All the paper work and contract was faxed to me prior to starting the work. It took a little more time to start the work that what they've estimated, but the work was finished as expected.

Fence had to be approved by home owners association. The company took care of submitting the necessary report to have this done. Work was completed within two days of my contacting them that the approval had been given. Workers were very prompt in arriving to do the work and did a very nice job. One board had a relatively small flaw, and this was quickly replaced when pointed out. The fence looks very nice, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to friends needing fences.

MIKE WAS FAMILIAR WITH THE RESTRICTIONS OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND EVEN SUBMITTED THE PAPERWORK THEY REQUIRED FROM ME. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND WAS ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE, ALTHOUGH HE DID HAVE TO RESCHEDULE, BUT I WAS CONTACTED WELL IN ADVANCE OF THE CHANGE. THE INSTALLATION WAS DELAYED A FEW DAYS BEYOND THE ORIGINAL COMPLETION DATE DUE TO WEATHER. MIKE MADE SURE THAT I KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND WHEN TO EXPECT EVERYTHING TO BE COMPLETED. THE PRICE WAS ABOUT $1000 LOWER THAN THE LOWEST ESTIMATE I GOT FROM ANY OTHER COMPANY. THE ONLY DIFFICULTY I HAD, AND IT WAS NOT A BIG DEAL, WAS THAT ABOUT HALF OF THE TIME I CALLED, I HAD TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR SOMEONE TO GET BACK TO ME (LIVE PERSON NOT AVAILABLE TO ANSWER PHONE). HOWEVER, MY MESSAGES WERE RETURNED WITHIN TWO HOURS, EVEN THE ONES I LEFT AFTER HOURS OR ON WEEKENDS. FAMILY FENCE DID A GREAT JOB, AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

HE IS WONDERFUL. SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WAS GREAT IN EVERY CATEGORY. HE WAS THOROUGH AND QUICK . WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE FENCE.
