Description of Work: They cleaned the fireplaces and THEN told me that they couldn't be used since my 2 fireplaces didn't have the brick around the inside! If they could have told me BEFORE they cleaned useless fireplaces! Then it was going to cost me $1000. to fix but they could give me a deal at $900. AND I needed new vent caps which was going to be another $1000. again they could give me a deal! | I WAS RIPPED OFF! I would have paid an inspection fee but I had to pay the entire cleaning fee since they did it! DISHONEST

Description of Work: They swept my chimney and check it out. The guys were very courteous and prompt. However, they advised I needed a cap on my chimney and some grout work and gave me a price is was reasonable so I agreed. I called the office 3 times trying to talk with the owner to set it up and could never get a return call.
