Sunshine Home Services, here on time (even a few minutes early). Friendly, professional & quick. I did not get another estimate for this job, but the price seemed fair for a job well done.

Of the many times I've used Angie's List, I had the best experience ever with this company. Not a large job, granted. But the level of service is what stands out so much. I called this company as a last ditch effort to get the window glass fixed - others told me the 30+ year old iron bars would have to be removed. It was after 4PM on Thursday, the day before the long Independence Day Holiday Weekend and I was under the gun to have the window fixed, or risk losing the government contract for occupancy the following Monday morning. Carlos took ownership of the problem. He sent a repairman, Freddie, out right away. But he had to make 3 visits because my tenants weren't home! Nonetheless, Freddie was able to shimmy around the bars on the window, take the measurements, go back to the office, and get the replacement glass cut. Once the tenant arrived that evening, Freddie installed the glass without incident. Problem solved. Carlos left a message for me, informing me of the completed work, and that there was no rush for me to call back with payment. Wow, are these guys for real? Well, I paid him that Monday and will most definitely use them again.

Outstanding. I'm very pleased with the quality of the service. Our sliding glass door had always been "sticky." When I saw an ad on a Sunshine truck that basically said that they could fix our door so that we could open it with "one finger" I gave them a call. I spoke with the owner, Carlos. He gave me a quote of $135 to repair the glass door although he did warn me that if there were "track" problems, the price could be much more. Literally 30 minutes later, a worker was at our house, working on the door. He was polite, responsive and competent. He said that the track was fine and that only the rollers needed repair. An hour later, the door was fixed to my satisfaction. I was so pleased I asked him to fix the screen door too. Total cost was $135 plus $45 for the screen door. Great job Sunshine.

I am very pleased with the work they did. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. The door locks perfectly now. They were very responsive and punctual, and it was a great experience. In fact, I am planning to call them again for another job soon.

Their phone customer service was about a B+ but, once they came out they were okay. The guy came on a Thursday & he was supposed to call us the following day & didn't, so we had to call him on a Monday. The work they did was an A though for sure & once they made an appointment with us, they were on time. I would definitely consider using them again in the future.

Within 15 minutes of leaving a message, I received a call back from Carlos. A worker was at my residence less than an hour later, and the sliding glass door was repaired shortly thereafter. The job was handled competently and quickly and at a reasonable price. The sliding glass door no longer needs a hefty push to get it open. It now glides effortlessly. I will call Sunshine Home Services for all my future window and door repair needs.

This company is great. They came the same day, because I requested a rush. It was raining and storming, yet they made it on time. It took hardly any time at all. Man, these wheels are awesome, you barely have to touch the door and it glides along; I should have done this sooner. Highly recommend them!

First time I called the company, I got a recording. It took a couple of days for someone to call me back with pricing information. I didn't do anything at the time. After about a month I called again and the owner (Carlo) answered the phone. He was very friendly. He quoted a price. Since I was ready to do the job, I asked him when he could start. He said he had a man (Fred)in my general area and could have him at my house in about 40 min. He actually showed up in 20-25 min. Great response. Fred was also friendly and professional. In about 90 min. My door had been fixed to perfection. Great company, great people.

I have used Sunshine Home Services in the past with much success. They promptly answered my call and scheduled my appointment for service. The worker arrived later than scheduled but evaluated the condition of the doors and went to work. He was very polite and was conscious about cleaning up after himself. He tested the doors several times and asked that I test them to insure I was pleased with the way they glided. He apologized again for being late and insured that everything was back in order before he left.

This company and the repairman is very professional, and they show up when scheduled. Their prices are reasonable, and they do a good job. I would hire them again.

THEY ARE VERY NICE PEOPLE. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WAY THE JOB TURNED OUT. I AM VERY PICKY ABOUT THE PEOPLE THAT I CHOOSE TO DO WORK FOR ME. I HAVE TO HAVE THE BEST AND THEY ARE THE BEST.

NEVER AGAIN WILL THIS COMPANY GET ANY BUSINESS FROM ME. THEY OVER CHARGED ME AND NEVER PROPERLY COMPLETED THE JOB. THEY ARE NOT IN IT FOR THE CUSTOMER, BUT THE MONEY.
