Description of Work: Excellent! I wrote them using the email link here, and was quickly called. A very polite and helpful rep scheduled for a service tech to come by. The day before the customer service rep called to make sure the time and day was still good. Super customer service. The tech himself called about 10 min prior to his on time arrival. He checked our door, explained what he found wrong and provided a written estimate. When I agreed he got right to work, fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. Quality work, great people.

Description of Work: New sliding glass doors screens (2). New window screen (1). New rollers on sliding glass door (1). Adjust, clean, lubricate 2 sliding glass doors.

Description of Work: We had them come out and replace the rollers and put new track down on three of our sliders. One of our sliders is oversized and then the other two are "standard". They provided a quote over the phone which was to replace only the rollers. This was about $300. While on the phone they also said there could be an additional cost if the tracks needed to be replaced as well. The way to tell if your tracks need to be replaced is when you run your fingers over your current tracks and they are bumpy or rough (not smooth) then they will need replacement. The additional tracks were another $400. The track replacement is well worth the additional cost. Our doors now slide as if they were brand new (probably better). The new rollers would not alone have provided the desired result. They did work with us on the price. Very promptly responded and did an excellent job. Showed up when they said they would.

Description of Work: I have huge patio door, 4panels appr.4x8 each panel The door was atleast 25 years old, terribly maintaned and impossibly hard to operate. 2 people come on time, dissasemble the door, install new rollers and tracks, clean up after themselves Now this huge door moves with just one finger. What else can you ask from the contractor? Price-I have no opinion, cause I did not contact anybody else but everybody knows it is never A for a customer Thanks much, Carlos and Angie's list!
