Moving APT - Long Distance Movers

The best experience. We moved from Miami to Denver, with no problem, and every item made it. Mark was transparent with everything, including price, from start to finish. We were really impressed with the team of guys that picked our stuff up in FL. They packed all our framed pictures and tv's with so much care and every box made it when they dropped off. We had one super minor complaint that we brought up with great customer service and he quickly fixed it without hesitation. So impressed with this company. Thank you!

I have relocated with Moving APT before and always requested the same crew. This time, however, my favorite crew wasn’t available. They sent a different crew to help me move. This group of men wasn’t any worse than the others I had used before. If anything, they were better! They finished the pack and load process in no time at all. That was incredible. I’m starting to think that this company may have snatched all the good movers in USA and the other moving companies are stuck with the bad ones. I received the delivery on time and everything was in great condition. I couldn’t be any happier.

The call came from work and asked me to move as soon as I could. I hired Moving APT to hurry up the moving process. They were just brilliant. I think some levels of trust are really needed between the client and the moving company because essentially you are entrusting them with everything you own. The movers were very good at building trust. They listened to me, paid attention to packing and carried everything with extra caution. Even the guy on the phone when I first called them seemed very friendly and polite. I felt very comfortable leaving my valuables in their hands for 3 days. When they delivered everything on the due date, there was no harm caused to anything at all. Turns out these men are the best in business and hiring them was a no brainier.

I am extremely grateful for the amazing job Moving APT provided for my family member. I hired them after doing some research online and was thrilled with how affordable and professional they actually were. I've had bad experiences with other moving companies in the past and was skeptical when looking around to make this move from FL to NY. This was not the case this time. Everything went smoothly and our property arrived in The condition it left in.

I hired Moving APT solely because of their reputation in the market. They were fabulous as expected. It was so easy getting a quote from Mark. The movers arrived early on the moving day and packed everything in no time. They were so fast while loading the van as well. The crew was in absolute harmony and their system seemed almost rehearsed. They delivered all my valuables on time and in good condition. I had to do nothing and I was so happy about that.

Bait and Switch! I've never worked with a company so alluring and dishonest IN MY LIFE! Prior to loading day we had a $6,600 quote that was updated to a $10,500 quote only to have the truck and packers show up and increase our total to $20,000!!!!!!! We had packed everything but the furniture! The trucking company representative from Roadrunner (Polaris Moving is the parent company) said she was now our contact. She "fired Moving APT!!!" We are now in week 10 post moving to WI and our belongings are STILL NOT HERE!!! Roadrunner has taken our goods hostage forcing us to get a lawyer!! I will NEVER use Angie's List or a broker again!! This has been nothing short of a nightmare!

We are so grateful for the excellent service provided to us by Moving APT. A special shout-out to their senior moving specialist, Ms. Rachel Johnson who have done a phenomenal job to us from beginning, in-between, and through the end of the moving process. She was so responsive with any questions we asked. She made sure that we feel valued and have assured us that we will be taken care of. True enough, she was always there to answer any questions. She made sure that we were followed up by the dispatchers and that we have received a call from the moving company driver/owner who will pick up our goods. She never left us during the entire moving process. We were scammed by the first moving company we hired, so we were skeptical at first. However, with every detailed information she has provided us, from the start of the inquiry, we already feel that we are in good hands. She was very professional, prompt, responsive and kind. She even went above and beyond her duties by drafting me a letter that I may use to demand our money back from the first moving company that tried to scammed us. The movers and drivers that picked up and dropped our goods belong from two different companies. All I can say is that these guys took excellent care of our items. We got all of our furnitures and boxes securely and safely here in SC just the way they were wrapped/packed the first time from CA. Thank you so much,, Moving APT! They should come and pack everything up for me, and move my things up from West Virginia to Texas, they have re-scheduled my service and I have already paid initial deposit of $800.00, after checking everything they said that it was too much and charge me again $1800.00, bringing the total to $2600.00, I have send them emails to get the details of the service and tried to call their phone numbers but I am not getting response, got a call from them but they told me that we are just missing the calls, there was someone supposed to be coming today but they again re-scheduled me again and I really need to get out of the property which I had sold., It seems like I was being switched of the service. I really need to get hold of them. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.

They were simply amazing. Moving can be very stressful and they did a great job of making the process seamless. I called the company a few weeks before my moving date to schedule an appointment and I received plenty of information on what to expect. On the actual moving date, they were arrived on time with masks on as well as their large moving truck. They were communicative as to double checking what things we want moved and what we didn't, and they took really good care of our items. We had some larger things like bed frame, mattress, desk, etc. and they packed them very well. The unpacking process was also very professional and easy. Would highly recommend them and would use them again.

They were great. Very friendly, and helped us pack all the loose ends we didn't fit into boxes and brought wardrobe boxes for hanging items. Wrapped all larger items with moving blankets and helped disassemble and reassemble items that were large or awkward. Thanks

Didn't come prepared to pack. One of the movers didn't know how to pack things and took 9 hours to pack a few things and put it on the truck. Things were damaged before they even got on the truck. One of the movers was very good but couldn't get the other to listen to him when he was trying to teach him how to do things. When the stuff was delivered the movers were very professional and good.

The team did a wonderful job moving our 1 br apartment over a 250 mile distance with ~50 boxes and several large pieces of furniture. They were careful, thorough, and diligent. It was our first time using professional movers and it made our day so much easier and less stressful. We would definitely recommend them and use them again, everything went well and they communicated well from the initial quote until the completed move. The process was transparent and they were kind people to work with. It is clear they take their work seriously and do so with integrity. Thank you!

Dropping off our things and settling up at our storage unit right now. Looking good! These guys have been great. Really diligent packing. Our things were packed so well it looked like we just brand new furniture. Definitely could not have done better ourselves. We pre-packed a good bit with Home Depot boxes but the did the heavy lifting and fragile packing with kitchen essentials. Then we transported all our two bedroom apartment stuff up to a storage unit all in a days work!

They did a great job! Everything made it safely, nothing broke. They organized and packed things very well. The movers were very nice guys and they helped us with some stuff that was not in the quote. I would definitely recommend them.

Bid process was easy, remote evaluation and inventory of household goods (a plus during COVID pandemic.) Bid came in as lowest bid but less than 5% lower than highest bid. I awarded the bid to a local small business owner with equal professionalism and service.

Amazing job done by Moving APT team I can't thank them enough. Finished well within the time everything carefully placed. Very professional. Great customer service. and probably the best quote in town!

AMAZING movers- AMAZING experience- as stressful as a move can be - Moving APT made it painless from start to finish! I have moved a lot in my life and there is nothing fun about moving - it's stressful and full of anxiety- but they made the entire process - ready... enjoyable! The excellent communication- the great detailed quotes- the outstanding professional crew! They were efficient- pleasant- thoughtful about the current Covid19 situation! I highly recommend!!!

Moving APT's crew were fantastic. I moved from Miami to Tampa, and they were probably the best movers I've had (and I've moved many, many times, including cross country). Moving APT did a wonderful job. They came right on time, handled everything with care and was able to move everything very quickly. They were so pleasant to work with. The entire experience with them was super smooth from the very beginning and I've never ever experienced a moving company that handles everything so seamlessly from the request for quote all the way to actually moving me into my new home. The best part is that Vector won't charge you a ridiculous amount and is very competitively priced, if not actually a little less.

We had a wonderful experience with Moving APT. We moved from Queens to central NJ and they did a fantastic job. Showed up on time and handled everything with care, they even brought a big box for us to throw random stuff in that we hadn't found a place to pack and didn't even charge us for that extra box. They made the entire moving experience as painless as possible. We would highly recommend using their services.

Nothing lengthy to report- Moving APT are ideal for any mover, they were fairly priced, punctual, friendly and did a great job. Really nice guys and an overall really great experience- perfect for a day that is inevitably going to be stressful. Would definitely recommend, these guys deserve as much business as they want.

I have nothing bad to say about this experience. They were extremely transparent with pricing. They had the best rate of all the mover I contacted for a quote. Their customer service is phenomenal. The actual mover are constantly texting you through out the day with updates so you're never wondering what's going on. This was an amazing experience and I will definitely be using them again and I'm telling everyone I know to use them.

Amazing! They were so polite, quick , helpful, and professional! They really take care of your belongings and they made sure to get everything done as quickly as possible to honor our timeframe. They made the effort to place everything in our home neatly exactly where we asked them to. Super fair pricing also ! 5 stars !!!!

They were absolutely the best and we definitely recommend them. They were very professional, on time and got everything done in the allotted time as previously discussed. The pricing was exactly the amount we had decided on and no surprises. Very friendly and efficiently done work. They took all the precautions and made sure to always wear a mask during COVID. I would for sure use Moving APT again.

Move completed December 22nd. The 3 gentlemen who did the actual move were Great. Management leaves much to be desired.
