Description of Work: I rented a tiller from the Deerwood Home Depot rental center. The tiller worked well, the price was competitive (about $15 less than another rental center), and the service was very good. Example: the tiller locked up and wouldn't start. I took it back and they corrected the problem (I had laid the tiller on its side to get out weeds from the tines - something you're not supposed to do with any small engine, I didn't know). I was able to get the tilling job done in plenty of time.

Description of Work: Wanted Home Depot to install hardwood floor in my home. They sent a measure person for $35, and since then they have not been willing or able to provide me with an estimate. I have been to the store several times, and each time they have an excuse for not having the estimate ready. I basically spent $35 for nothing. I will not use them for services, only for retail purchases.

+ -1 moreWHEN THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP THEY WERE OKAY, BUT THEY WERE ALSO GOING TO INSTALL A DOOR, BUT THEY JUST KEEP PUTTING ME OFF. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. IF THEY GAVE YOU A TIME THEY WERE ALWAYS THERE. THEY EVEN HAULED OFF ALL THE OLD CARPET AND PADDING. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND MEASURED THE ROOMS AND HALLWAY. THEN CAME BACK AND TORE OUT OLD CARPET AND PUT IN THE NEW CARPET.
