It was very easy to schedule an appointment. Bush (I believe this was his name, if not, I apologize) on time and was very professional. He looked at all the sprinklers and pointed out the ones that needed to be replaced and told me that some were not perfect but still working and therefore did not need to be replaced. He looked at the motor as well and determined that it was in good order. He mentioned that the motor was old but still very good, and change it to a newer digital unit would be a waste of money. After submitting the estimate and got my approval to do the repairs, he went ahead and did all the work in a timely manner. After finishing everything he turned the 2 zones on and showed me that everything was working well. At the end he patiently showed me how to operate the motor as I still was not very comfortable with it. I was very satisfied with his work.

I had some work done by another company which was not completed. I could not get them to come back and finish the job. I called Evergreen and they came out promptly. They inspected all the sprinkler and marked what they needed to do so nothing got left out. They adjusted or replaced what was necessary did a good job including picking up old parts and cleaning up any pieces left over. they did the work for the price quoted and even though it was a small job treated it like it was a big one. I heartily recommend them.

Old sprinkler pump burned out and old check valves had frozen. The had to trench out until they found the old buried check valve 10 feet from the pump. Put in new pump, new piping, two new check valves and it tool two days. Excellent job. Had them back three months latter to repair some buried cracked lines. Again very pleased.

Evergreen arrived at my home at the appointed time, assessed the situation and provided me with a price for the service. They proceeded to make the repairs as promised. They were extremely professional and thoroughly explained everything to me. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to use them again.

There had been a leak near the sprinkler pump since we moved (for over 9 months), and we had finally decided to have it looked at. We also had a few sprinker heads that were not working. I called the scedhule an appointment, and unfortunately they do not normally work at all on the weekends, however they did say they could show up first thing in the morning during the week. We scheduled for 8am, and they showed up a little early. They took their time, and explained all that they would have to do, and gave me an estimate of the cost, without knowing all the details of the fixes required. They worked for a about 2 hours, and were professional and helpful, and even taught a bit how to do some fixes on my own. I would definately use them again, however i did think it was a little pricey, but I do not have much to go on, since this was my first sprinkler fix.

Evergreen scheduled an appointment with us for the day after we called, to check out our broken sprinkler system and provide estimates to fix whatever needed fixing to get it working again. Their guys showed up promptly at the time they had told us, checked everything out, found the pump still worked, one of the zones still worked, but the zone changer did not, either due to the changer ( I don't know what that's called), broken sprinkler heads, or broken pipes. They located approximately five or six areas where the pipes were broken, approximately six (maybe seven) broken sprinkler heads the first day, rerouted one pipe around the septic tank ( it had been installed right over the septic tank before, necessitating breaking that pipe when the septic tank was serviced) and said they'd be back early the next morning to fix everything else. Sure enough, they were back at 8AM the next morning, fixed the broken pipes, replaced sprinkler heads and got the zone changer working again. After that they gave us some pointers and tips to maintain the sprinkler system in good working order. We had told the guys that we were planning to sell this house, so wanted to get the sprinkler system working again, but didn't want to spend more money on upgrading the system or adding any buzzers and whistles. We had thought of perhaps adding a timer to the system, but the Evergreen guys suggested that we'd probably not recover the costs even of doing this, or otherwise upgrading when we sold the house. So we had the system as it was, repaired, and we still manually change zones by means of a valve. They had originally told my husband there would be a charge of $25 to open the sprinkler pump and check it out, but didn't end up charging that after all ( told him "never mind" when he asked about it). They had given us a cost quote the first day for the work they thought they would have to do, and stuck to that, adding only the cost of two more sprinklers they found were broken and replaced the second day. The total amount came to $755, which I thought was very reasonable. I'd certainly use Evergreen Sprinkler's services again, and would recommend them to anyone needing sprinkler services.

My sprinkler system had stopped working. Two very nice gentleman from Evergreen showed up on the day I was told. They were very nice and informative. They had to prime my system, replace and move two sprinklers, adjusted some sprinkler heads. I was not to happy about the price I paid but I was very happy with the service and that they showed up! I will definitely use them again and I would definitely recommend them!

very responsive-checked system-repaired broken pipes and sprinkler heads

My sprinkler system stopped working a few weeks ago. We called the guy who did the work before. However, he never showed up. Then, I called evergreen. He showed up on a Sat. and gave me an estimate of $150. He promised to fix the problem on Monday (I am not sure that he did the job on Monday). Regardless, I called the company again and they fixed the sprinkler on October 7, 2010. The job is well done. If my sprinkler is broken again, I will use them. I would like to recommend them for the community.

I am very pleased with their performance, professionalism and their punctuality. I discovered a few days later that there was a minor leak from one of the sprinklers pipes in my backyard. I called, and they returned without charging an additional service call. I was only charged to repair the underground leak. I was impressed by the fairness of this company and how they value their customers.

I have used them in the past and they are always easy to work with. I called Monday, set up an appointment for Tuesday morning. They showed up on time, fixed everything quickly and were very professional.

Excellent job. The system works better than ever with great coverage all over the yard. Very effective placement of new rotary heads as well as correcting existing pop-up heads and their coverage.

Owners met me at home site to ask of my plans for landscaping, what to water, what to avoid getting wet and discussed how to keep well water from staining house. Came to house a week later to implement plan, worked until job was done in less than a week. Very impressed with placement of sprinkler heads, quality of all installed equipment. Owners met me at home to show operation of entire system, and to map locations of pipe and heads for their future reference and for repair and maintenance.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY DID A VERY THOROUGH JOB AND MADE SURE TO SPRAY EVERYWHERE. MY YARD IS COMPLETELY FREE OF WEEDS.
