Description of Work: My experience with this company for mold remediation was disastrous. They had been recommended by an A rating on Angie's list. The team that was sent to my home consisted of two young men, one Andrew being the son of the owner. They were late the first day and showed up with no equipment, which they then had to pick up and return. The job was to take 5 days. On the afternoon of the first day, I was informed there was an "emergency" and they could not come back on Tuesday. I was appalled and contacted the company. The owner was out of town and I insisted that the team return the following day. Then one of the two young men had to leave early due to a personal emergency. No one was sent to replace him. One time, they left the machine that outputs negative air on while he ac was also on. This we had been warned could ruin the ac system. On the fifth day, after numerous complaints, another team of seasoned men came out and decided the machines needed to stay on for an extra day, apparently, air quality was not satisfactory after 5 days.They came to also remove white Kilz paint droplets that had been left on the floor near the AC unit and hall floor. When I spoke to the owner, Mr. Rafael Salazar, he was providing excuses for all the issues that arose. I told him I was not satisfied at all with his service. He did provide a 10% discount. However; I feel that the company sends the best crew to the "million dollar" homes, and the rest of us are left at the mercy of very young and uncommitted.

Description of Work: The provider provided a detailed estimate for mold remediation. We ultimately went the company that had started the work(but was interrupted due to insurance issues). If the insurance company had not resolved our issues with the first company I would have definitely used environpro. The gentleman was extremely professional and gave me a very detailed estimate.. He was very knowledgable. I would call him in the future
