Professional, courteous and thorough. Work was done quickly but with attention to detail and as promised in the initial evaluation. Probably not the cheapest roofers, but for a roofing job, quality and dependability matter. City Roofing delivers on both counts.

This company was a true pleasure to deal with from the beginning to the end. Dealing with the office (Jackie) in getting an estimate, working on a schedule to getting the job done was extremely easy, professional and customer focused all the way - A1A - Thank You Jackie!! The roof technician (Mario) was awesome when first providing the estimate and level of explanation. He is a very honest and sincere in all his detailed explanation. Mario and his helper also did the whole job as promised and being there observing I noticed the workmanship was the best including the materials used. Mario was never in a hurry and kept checking every step to make sure everything was being completed correctly. They are very clean throughout the repair process and continually kept gathering and removing any debris and trash. At the end of the job they provide pictures of their findings before starting, along the way and at the completion. I had at least four different roofers work on this leak over the years and after six months the leak came back. I am sure this time Mario nailed it "no pun intended" I never write reviews but not doing so this time with City Roofing would be disservice on my part. I highly recommend this company based on my experience

I am very satisfied with their service.

I am very impressed with this company. They show up promptly, which is very unusual for a roofer, they were neat and they got the job done for what they said they would. Now, as in any roofing job, the proof will be when we get a heavy rain. They did however, give us a one year warranty and I'm certain we will get rain before it expires so if I need to change the review I will do so.

The job performed looks very good just need to wait for the next rain to see how effective was the repairs.

Mario is highly professional. He is prompt to all appointments. He takes his time to talk with the customer and explain things until the customer is satisfied. Mario scheduled several sit down ,talk calmly, appointments with me and my wife. Twice at the beginning of the process and one full follow-up appointment. He also came and checked up on the work each day. When we picked some tiles we liked out of the catalog, Mario had samples delivered to our door to examine. Mario and Candy kept us updated every step of the way with emails and phone calls. They were always available by phone or email to address any concerns. Candy sent photos of the work. During the construction, the workers were courteous and respectful. They allowed me to examine their work and even stop them to ask questions or let me take photos. I had a few concerns during the job. Mario made himself available and addressed the issues fully. Either he explained something to my satisfaction, or he would have his workers fix the problem, even redoing something that I was not satisfied with. This was all done respectfully and completely. They were also very clean and picked up after themselves. Mario even spent extra time with me making sure that I could get a great discount on my homeowner's insurance. Candy and the office staff were helpful and flexible when it came to billing and invoicing. I background checked all of the licenses and insurance companies. City Roofing was not the least expensive quote that I got for my roof. But, I very much appreciated the high customer service, the family atmosphere of the office staff and the workers on the site, and the assurance that I had of their professionalism that they could back up. I'm willing to pay a little extra for that treatment and peace of mind. Well Done City Roofing

I had two roof leaks that needed to be repaired on my home so I decided to contact City Roofing through Home Advisor. City Roofing’s representative, Jackie, contacted me. She was extremely efficient in getting someone to check out the roof situation in a quick manner. The roofer was very polite; he even took his shoes off on his own accord while entering my home to look at the leak from the inside. Furthermore, he also went on the roof to look at the leaks. I received my estimate the next day and thought the price was fair. As a result, I was scheduled for the repairs to be done at my convenience. The roofers arrived on time and set to work immediately. They worked hard and smart throughout the two days they were at my home. They also cleaned up as if they were never there. The workers showed me the wood they used to fix the leak as well as how the paper was laid down so that I could be assured the job was done properly. I have to say, the craftsmanship was excellent and I am thoroughly pleased with the results. I will most definitely contact City Roofing again if I find myself with another leak.
