The company repaired the roof after the hurricane, and it's been leaking for over a year. I doubt they will be able to fix it because they did not fix it properly from the beginning. They tried to fix their job once before and failed.The customer service has been really poor. The technician was to come back again, but has not shown up for the appointment and they will not notify me in advance of another visit..

My experience with City Roofing was nothing short of excellent. From the initial inspection, receiving the estimate, setting up the repair date, the prompt response, the quality of the job done and their professionalism. Outstanding. The technicians arrived at the agreed upon time and the repair was completed in the promised time frame. It s obvious that everyone at City Roofing takes their jobs and the customers seriously. Anaiz was phenomenal! She answered all of my questions honestly and promptly. I can t recommend City Roofing enough.

Great overall service. Rapid response by customer service representatives and the field technicians. All representatives were honest about repair expectations. Field technician was really good about showing me what did and did not need to be repaired. Good follow up by customer service.

Took awhile to complete. Good job on the roof but a lot of small debris. I ended up stepping on a roof nail a few days after they finished. Found many more as I tried to clean up.

I needed my roof repaired due to loss of shingle from the impact of hurricane Irma. The company asked for a $50.00 fee to inspect and quote the job which came as a surprise, however, they took this amount out of the final payment for the job. I am very happy with the end result and the performance of the work team headed by Inmer. I rated 3.5 for the customer service because they scheduled the job for the Saturday before Easter Sunday and although I brought up my concern that this was a holiday weekend, they assured me the workers had it in their schedule. Around midday that day, and seeing that no one had showed up, I called the office to ask what was happening. I had to leave a message as the office was closed. This was not a good sign...they got back to me later that day to apologize for the mixup. I did bring up the fact that I had cancelled my plans for the weekend as they had confirmed the job would get done. The repairs got finally done the following week.

My project was not big, but the repairs were necessary. City Roofing took the time to check out my roof flashing, give me a quote & get me on their calendar quickly. Employees were knowledgeable and friendly. They got the work done cleanly and with professionalism. I highly recommend City Roofing -you get what you pay for!

I was a little concerned at first when they asked for a $50 fee to inspect and quote the repair cost. However, I was very impressed with the man they sent to do the Inspection. I went up on the roof with him and we discussed every aspect of the repair. He covered every item actually needed and he did not suggest anything else. When I approved the work they were on time, very efficient and kept the job site clean at all times. After completion of the work and after the next hard rain I found a small leak which I reported and the team was on-site the very next day where they successfully made the repair to my full satisfaction. I highly recommend City Roofing... their pricing is very competitive, the quality of their work and the materials they used was excellent, they were always on-time, they worked efficiently and they fully cleaned up after themselves. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... 5 STAR!!

They have a customer relations officer that is texting, calling, and emailing you about the pricing for additional work and the status of the new roof. Photographic documentation is provided to show the progress of the work and any difficulties they maybe having. Excellent service in handling the sub contractors as well.

Since all of my transactions took place with Candy and Natasha, I give them all the credit for a job well done. City Roofing did a great job and both my wife and I are very pleased with the results. However, I'm still waiting for a South Florida downpour to put the roof to the test. Other than that, I highly recommend City Roofing because of its attention to detail.

Working with everyone at City Roofing was a delight. From the office personnel to the roofing guys themselves total pros at every junction. All the work was done and we were kept abreast of any unforseen repairs and the cost. Such pros. They were a fantastic company to work with. 5 Stars for sure!!!

Quick response. They were able to find tile to match our roof even though it is a discontinued style.

I hired them twice, once to replace damage caused by an exterminator and the second time after Hurricane Irma for a roof inspection and repair. They are wonderful to deal with. The office follows up and the craftsmen arrive when promised. I have recommended them to two of my friends.

Very poorly done job. Company not recommended. We were sealing a flat roof, not replacing it.

Good work. Good pricing. Had some issues which were appropriately addressed. Would hire again. Hopefully never need to.
