I've had the pleasure of having work done by City Roofing in the past. I've had tile repairs, 2 flat roof installations, and most recently a metal roof install. On all 3 occasions, the work performed was done with great care, efficiently and the results were terrific. Our project manager, Jose Ontiveros, maintained communication with us, updating us through Trello, on the phone, or in person. The personal touch put us at ease. The entire team worked very cleanly and was extremely diligent. Every step of the process is recorded with pictures and updated daily. They left nothing for us to clean up. We could not be more pleased with the results. The closing package with the permits, pictures, and inspections is all there prepared for the customer. Peace of mind is their motto. Peace of mind is what we got. And of course a beautiful new roof. City Roofing treats you like you are family. Thanks, City Roofing!!!

They are very good in communication, respond quickly, and are willing to accommodate you. I?ll strongly advise that you follow up after the work is done to make sure everything that they said they will do were actually done: compare photos and their estimated repairs to ensure it was done just as they estimated. Other than this, I?m happy to have worked with them and will hire again if needed.

Outstanding service despite numerous rain delays. City Roofing kept me informed of the reschedules. The two man team that did the work were neat, polite and courteous completed the majority of the repair in one day. The final concerete work had to be rescheduled due to rain. Wonderful company. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

Both my husband and I highly recommend City Roofing. In our opinion the best roofing contractor in South Florida. We had multiple quotes to replace our roof, a process that spanned over 2 years. What we found that many of our low-cost offers, those contractors were out of business within the 2-year span. When we were ready, we re-connect with City Roofing. We are so happy we did, as we can say that process from beginning to end was truly a pleasure. Jackie, the salesperson, took her time to explain the options available and walk us through the quote, not in a rush or any pressure tactics. Once the contract was signed, we set a time with Natasha the project manager. Natasha came out to our home to meet us to walk through the process. She was there for any questions no matter how big, small, or crazy that we had. Natasha was a great lifeline providing guidance to us as we had never done a roof replacement project. Once the job got started, we appreciated that the team took meticulous care of our home and surroundings, protecting our property as if it were their own. We were also grateful that the team was professional and timely, at the end of the day all areas were left clean and clear of debris. City Roofing uses a wonderful electronic project board that allowed us to see steps of work done daily, over 200 pictures from start to finish, from Tile roof removal through Full Metal Roof installation. Additionally, this board served as a depository of contracts and permit paperwork and a quick way to online chat, and communicate with the Natasha and others of the team, right from an app on your phone or computer! We loved that they worked with complete transparency with us and valued their level of integrity. From beginning to end this is a top-notch company with Amazing, Genuine, Caring, and Ethical professionals. My husband and I want to thanks Mario and Candy for their excellent team and for partnering with us as we now have a safe and beautiful new Metal roof.

Overall experience was amazing. The customer service manager was fantastic by detailing everything and providing me photos step-by-step with all the repairs being done to my home. The people replacing my roof were professional and explained everything to me in detail as far as my problem with my roof. Had other roofers come in with a cheaper price but due to their detail estimate with me, I decided to go with them even though their price was higher than previous offers.

On time, professional, hard working, went the extra mile to find replacement tiles that were discontinued. Highly recommended City Roofing.
