When Mario arrived at my home, he was very friendly and took notes on what repairs had to be done. A week later on the job date, I thought I would see Mario arrive with his roofers to point out what needed to be done. There was a language barrier because the workers did not speak much English and I do not speak Spanish. When the workers arrived they asked me what they were supposed to do. This should have been pointed out and discussed with them before the job began. The workers then called their boss, and he explained to them what work was to be completed. The workers were very friendly, and the work performed looked very good.

The estimator that came to my house was friendly and polite, and knew what he was talking about. He knew immediately what I needed and gave me a very good price on getting it done. The men who came to do the job were professional and friendly and did the job in a timely manner and left no trace of their being here when they were finished. When all is said and done, I was very satisfied with the job I got. Thank you

After about eight different estimates, City Roofing was the last one I received. After talking and meeting Mario, I knew this was the company to choose. The level of service I received throughout the entire job and even after has been absolutely first class. City Roofing is totally professional and you will not be disappointed. The price that I received came in less that the other competitors. The quality of work was top notch and inspections passed with flying colors. Its an honest company doing awesome roof work and putting customer service at the top where it should be.

this was best company i dealt with i needed the inspection and every company came gave me a quote never got on roof to take a look but give you a price this company stated to me they would inspect the roof while i was at work gave me feed back by telephone and email i went on line seen the inspection papers plus seen pictures that they had taken and forward to myself plus insurance company i could not ask for more than this job well done they need train the other roofing companys and candice was excellent with the communication on what was going on i appreciate it i work in nursing i will recommend this company highly to all my co-workers .

Great and fast service.

City Roofing sent an inspector the same day as my request, which was great. The inspector was very thorough - went both inside and out to look at the construction and figure out what was going on (we had small water coming in). Then he took the time to explain so I could understand. Even showing what to point out to the wall contractor, to make sure they got it right (turns out it wasn't roof repair that was needed, but a section of the wall that needs work). What a pleasure to meet a real pro, be treated so well, and get educated about my own house. When I do need roof work, I know who I'm calling.

Thyey were quick and did the job right. We had 5 inches of Rain the next weekend and not a drop came in. They did the job for a lot less than the other quotes.
