They did a very thorough job of repairing the old damage and replacing wood, underlayment and cracked tiles. They painted the exposed new wood. The repair started on time, but took a bit longer to complete than estimated due possibly to inclement weather. I would use them in the future and recommend them.

I spoke to a very nice woman on the phone. She sent a man to my house in an hour. He checked my house out and told me several things that were wrong. He was from Paul Bange, the company that told me they didn't do town houses. Thete were several other severe things that had to be done, he had to take pictures,send them to his boss and then he called him and he said he couldn't allow his company to do the job. Nelson the spokesman was very nice and he told me what I needed to do and who I should get in contact with.

Even though we were just getting an inspection, Mario is a true professional! My husband and I were very impressed with his professionalism and honesty. If anyone is considering a roofing company, this is the one!

Friendly staff, competitive pricing. Very Punctual showed up on time for appointment and work. Worked around my scheduled, Called on a Friday morning and job was done the by Satuday morning.

Very friendly workers. Cleaned up everything. While I would hire them again, I am a little disappointed that the tile doesn't match perfectly. My roof is not such an unusual color. Other than that I am pleased with the job they did.

I was amazed at how fast and efficient the crew was especially at the way Amaru Shackur as your estimator was also the person preforming all the work , he found two leaks that couldn't be found for a year that caused a lot of damage I still need to fix ,, he is the best ,, ( and he looks like Sin Bad ) < a personal joke between him and his crew and me ...Ha Ha . Dino in sunny Miami I will use him again im sure . Ps Im waiting for some rain now ,ill let you know when it rains how good he is.

The estimator was courteous and professional. The workers were very skilled and extremely eager to do a neat and thorough job.

Had a small issue with color of tile not matching existing tile. Called Jackie or was it Candy; either way, issue was immediately solved, no problem! Cleanup could have been better,cables left hanging, but would highly recommend because of cust. service.

There was a slight communications breakdown after initially calling me and informing me that the person assigned to my request would call me to schedule an estimate. Jackie did call to inquire if I had been contacted yet and upon discovering I had not she immediately got someone to call and Amaru came out gave me the estimate and did the work the next the next day. Professional, Respectful, Reliable and quality work. Try and find another company like this in today's market.
