This company is very reliable, courteous and responsible. From the office staff to the workers, customer service is #1. They did a great job in fixing our roof without overcharging or making a mess. Absolutely a breath of fresh air to find a company like this in Miami.

The inspector spoke almost no English. He only did a short visual inspection of the exterior of the building and did not look into the attic where the leak is coming in so he did not locate the leak by visual inspection. However after I had 2 other companies come out to estimate the repairs I found that the actual written estimate and scope of repairs matched the others I had received I did hire City Roofing I am happy with the repairs and the workers did a very good job. The one problem I had was the installers speak almost no English and I was unable to communicate so I watched them throughout the repair as I am very knowledgeable of construction techniques. However my age prohibits me from doing this sort of work anymore. All in all I am happy with the repairs and the clean up

They did an excellent repair, fixing what was wrong completely (not just patching it, like had been done many times before) and patching any spots they broke while up there on the tile roof.

Mario was GREAT !!! He went up on my roof and told me how to save money by fixing the leak myself !!! (Talk about an HONEST contractor !) I got the material and applied it where Mario suspected the leak was coming from, now I'm waiting for the rains to see if it's fixed...HIGHLY RECOMMEND CITY ROOFING !!!! Thanks Mario !!!

All around excellent service! Mario gave us a very precised and fair estimate for our repair. They were accommodating and flexible to meet our personal schedule. Jackie accurly followed up with updates and specific times. The crew arrived earlier than expected, they were professional and experienced. We received pictures, invoice and the warranty right away. We will use them again, we highly recommend them!

Had three prices, One company was extreme High, and the second was super low, But City Roofing was little high but felt comfortable with them and gave wonderful helpful information and with Mario idea to remove the sky light was helpful. In time will hire to replace the roof. They did just a touch out but was wonderful

From first contact to finished repair, excellence all the way!

This company promised me a 100$ gift card. The company claimed that they already sent the gift card to me, but I never got the mail. They asked me to check at my local post office, and I did. I have lived here more than 7 years. I never lost any single mail. When I asked the company to give me a tracking number, they sent me an invalid tracking number from Stamps.com. When I asked Stamps.com, Stamps.com said that buying a stamp from Stamps.com doesn't guarantee that the company actually sent out the mail. Then, I filed a formal complaint to Miami-dade county. When the Miami-dade officer asked the company to show the receipt of the 100$ gift card. The company said that they didn't keep the receipt. For me, it doesn't make any sense that the company keeps the receipt of buying the stamp, but don't keep the receipt of buying the gift card. Also, I was sending emails asking them nicely about the issue. Many of my emails were simply ignored. To conclude, I believe this is a scam. I don't trust this company at all.

Outstanding service!! I was absolutely dreading having to replace my roof, always hear horror stories, but this was absolutely the easiest project that I have had done in the 15 years since I bought the house. My service representative Erick gave me an estimate back in August 2014 and when I contacted him in January the estimate was spot on. The crew was friendly and professional, they began the project on a Wednesday and it was completed the following Monday morning with the final inspection that afternoon. Though I know that I wasn't the only project that the company had that week, Erick made me feel as though I was a priority. He made sure all the permits were obtained, checked in on the crew as they worked and waited hours several hours on 2 occasions to be there when the inspectors came to make sure the job was satisfactory. He also communicated every step that was to take place and there were absolutely no surprises. I would definitely recommend City Roofers to anyone looking to have work done to their roof.
