Price estimate, ongoing communications and repair excellent. Repairs took longer than estimated; had to call to find out that vendor was behind schedule; however he was courteous and apologetic, and ultimately performed an excellent repair.

Terrific experience.  The sales person (owner) was informative and helpful.  She guided my wife thru their enormous selection of products and was able to narrow the choices down so my wife could decide.  The price was good, the service was great and we cane away completely satisfied.  Definitely easier and better than a department store or appliance center.  I would definitely recommend them

Great experience! This is one of the few stores where you can go in and talk to a knowledgeable salesperson. Brett, the owner, gave a full demo of the vacuums I was interested in, and it's clear he knows every detail about every model he sells. He helped me compare models and make a decision, WITHOUT the hard sell to purchase the top of the line machine. He is very professional, courteous, patient and a nice person to do business with. I emailed him a couple of times and he answered promptly. It was well worth the drive from Melbourne to M.I. to make this purchase. The experience was pleasant, the price was reasonable and includes some checkups. As for the vacuum itself, after owning a series of so-so Hoovers and Eurekas, I wanted a nice, solid-built vacuum in the mid-price range that was convenient, well designed and cleans well. I was tired of machines where the onboard tools and hose kept falling off, the hose was too short to reach anything above shoulder height, switches were cheap and hard to turn, machine moved or tipped when using the onboard tools, or replacing the bag sent up a cloud of dust, etc. Had enough of low-end machines! I did a lot of research to learn what makes a good quality machine (CRI ratings, owner reviews), and Tacony sold me on its quality for the price. I decided on a Simplicity Synchrony with the add-on accessory kit, and it's the best machine I've ever owned. I prefer an upright to a canister, so for that I like it better than my '80s Rainbow vacuum, and the Synchrony cleans at least as well as the Rainbow. It's convenient, well built, doesn't tend to tip over, and the hose and onboard tools stay on securely. Has a nice long power cord, so I don't have to replug so often. Love this machine! So far I've had it about 4 months without the slightest problem, but it's good to know that if I have any issues with it, I can call or take it in and get excellent service.
