Even before any work was done, the company was very responsive to my request for an estimate. Bob reached out to me promptly and we exchanged calls and emails to lock down pricing and timing. When all was agreed upon, we scheduled a date about one week out. I had no idea what the cost would be, so at first I thought the price was a bit hight. But this was work I would not attempt myself, and it was worth the cost to have it done right. The electrician Jacob did a great job. He showed up on time, went about his work quietly and quickly. The worst part for him was having to crawl into the attic on a hot summer morning. He was very neat and precise in his planning and measurements. He kept a clean worksite, cleaning up the dust from having to cut into drywall, and picking up all spare wiring and material. Everything was done to our satisfaction. If I have another requirement to do electrical work, Lighthouse Electric will be my first call.

I was very happy with Lighthouse. They came in and gave me a good estimate and promptly arrived for the work day as promised. They did all they said they would, cleaned up and went above and beyond.

Jon and Sean (sp?) did an excellent job wiring a timer for my pool pump. They also added a circuit breaker for the pump. I am very happy with their work. They were very professional and even went above and beyond by installing brackets for the wire conduit along the side of the house.

They installed a new home run to the breaker.

The electricians showed up exactly when expected, assessed the situation, and went straight to work. They were professional, courteous, and easy to work with. The work was completed in around an hour and worked as expected. They cleaned up after themselves and also gave me a couple of estimates for some additional work that I need done. The price for the job was more than reasonable as others had quoted me not only over the price Lighthouse gave me, but also wanted me to buy the can lights. Lighthouse showed up with all the needed materials. Overall, a quick and efficient job! I will be calling on them again.

Okay good, I would call them for any electrical jobs

He did what I asked him to do. He didn't give me the 2 hours, he could have done more in the 2 hours, but he didn't. He kinda just did a fast and easy job and wasn't real happy about it or even coming out. He was a worker for the company and I don't want the guy to lose his job, but I really felt uncomfortable asking him to finish up the whole job, because I was entitled to 2 hours and he was only here for about an hour. He could have finished up the whole job, but we had someone else come out and finish the job. The man who owns the company is very nice. The worker had to come quite a distance and it was a Friday and I think he just wanted to get home. The worker was not told that I had purchased a deal from Angie's List for 2 hours of service, so his boss did not tell him that, so it was a little confusing.

Prompt response to inquiry. On-time to appointment. Job completed without issue. Couldn't ask for better.

I purchased an Angie List coupon for a fan installation. There were difficulties with the contractor in scheduling a day and time for the installation. The contractor would call and schedule a date and time only to call back later and change the date and time - frustrating. A date and time was eventually scheduled and the electricians arrived on that date and installed the fan. The electricians did a good job, professional personnel and knowledgeable.

Owner Billy Rich came out himself to give me the estimate. He was on time for scheduled appointment and called just prior to let me know he was on his way. Billy is personable and professional - a great guy - and a dependable one. We scheduled the work for 2 days later. Technician actually came early and got right to work. He did a great job - meticulous attention to detail. Cleaned up the work site. It was a hot day - crawled into the attic - no complaints. He was pleasant and did a great job. The initial quote was for $225 - they honored the 10% discount for Angie's list customers. Final price: $202.50. I am more than happy with Billy and his company and am delighted to find such quality work at a fair price. I have other projects and plan to call him in the future.

Bill Rich's provided an accurate estimate. His employee electrician was punctual , professional, neat, I was very happy with the work he performed. A real professional person. 6 weeks alter I called Bill Rich the owner to ask him some questions about a Honda generator. He promptly answered all my texts and could not been more helpful. I am 71 years old and I could tell you, never have I seen such a professional exceedingly helpful person. He really is concerned about his customers and takes as much time as needed to answer all questions.

Arrived on time and quickly reviewed the entire electrical system. It required less than 1/2 hour to diagnose the problem (original installation deficiency over 20 years ago). They repaired it quickly and efficiently.

The installers were nice, courteous, funny and very professional. I enjoyed watching them work and listening to them cut up. They did my job in less than one day and everything looks spectacular. I did not know changing a few switches and adding some light could make so much difference. They came on time and did the work non-stop and it looks great. GREAT JOB!!

I called because my garage door opener stopped working, tripping the circuit breaker, and I checked first to find it wasn't the garage door opener. First they discover a wire that was broken, apparently nicked years ago by a drywall installer and over time that nick got worse til it broke. They checked the wiring further and sure enough as it made its way through the attic, wire insulation was melted off in various places. At first I was wondering how what started out to be something simple was turning into rewiring my attic. But they showed me what they were removing and it was scary. Glad it didn't make contact with anything flammable! So this simple 1 hour job turned into 4 hours plus material. Part of me was wary given the unexpected ballooning of the bill. But I saw the wires they pulled out, and the guys were very professional & diligent. Ended up my pole light outside which had been working now wasn't working. Coincidence? He diagnosed it as another wiring problem, showing me where the wires emanated from, how they were buried, and the high likelihood it was a broken wiring, which they could dig up another time and verify. But the pole light was really on it's last legs, so I let him cut off that circuit at the box. He said I could buy a timer switch for the remaining outside lights, which is what I really needed (vs. the sketchy light sensor I screwed the bulb into in the pole light). He made a recommendation of a non-digital switch he had good results with. That was validated by reviews on the net. Days later I go to connect the switch, follow the simple directions, but no luck! Made no sense. Engineer friend with a voltmeter was equally dumbfounded. Even connecting the old switch didn't work! I call back Lighthouse, they send Dave back, apparently thinking maybe he screwed something up, although I didn't imply that. I just needed a professional at this point. Same day Dave returns and in about 10 minutes has the switch installed & working. Problem was I connected 1 of 3 neutral wires from a bundle and I needed to connect all 3 to the new switch. No charge. Also, although I did have sticker shock first time, they honored 15% senior discount on Angies List. So on 1 hand it was a strange journey that had me wonder if I was getting scammed. But I'm a pretty good judge of people and instead I'm grateful they found a hidden problem that could've burned my house down, were very professional & courteous, and I'm grateful.

It was interesting how the lights were installed. The installer took his time, measuring and making sure the holes to be cut were aligned correctly. A smooth operation all the way.

The location was quite challenging to engineer the proper setup for ladders and scaffolding, but Billy's team rose to the occasion. They worked very efficiently and were extremely courteous and professional. When they finished cleaning up, you'd never know they were there. Thank you all!
