Lance, the owner, is totally hands on! Start to finish he was there, involved, and keeping us informed throughout the process. He explained the job thoroughly, made suggestions and listened carefully. He is very artistic, and gave us what turned out to be perfect advice. Add to that...he's a complete doll, as are the guys he had working with him. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Professional and great work

The owner, Lance, painted and sealed my driveway and sidewalk a couple of years ago. This time I had him come and reseal it after pressure washing. The initial painting a couple of years ago, still looks great, but I wanted to make sure that it stayed looking like that. he came right on time with a helper, and after they wash the driveway, let it dry, and apply the seal. Canâ t drive on it for a couple of days, but I have a nice neighbor that lets me park my car in her driveway temporarily. Lance did another great job and I would recommend him to anyone who needs their driveway to look really nice.

Lance is very conscientious and does great work. This is the 2ND time I've used him and will use him again if the case arises.

They were very professional. They sanded and prepared the driveway for painting. Did a superior job painting the driveway . Cleaned up after the job. I am very pleased with the work and would give them an A+ rating. Would recommend The Concrete Doctor without any reservations.

He talked me out of my color choices and after 1/4 of the first coat. I told him It was not what I wanted. He said if I made a change now the price would go up $500. He would not let me talk and kept talking over me. He got exactly what HE wanted, not what I wanted! During his presentation he keep telling me his only concern was to make me happy. I should have fired him then!

Lance and crew did an amazing job. Lance explained exactly what I should expect as far as timeline in the week. Everything went exactly as promised. I had a weird substance on my garage floor (leveling compound or something from previous repair) and Lance went the extra mile to make sure it was done correctly. He has followed up with me several times to see how the repair work is holding up.
