Lance and his team did a great job. A job like this isnâ t done quickly. There are many steps. Acid wash, pressure wash, pattern taping, troweling on concrete, removing tape, application of several shading colors, painting by hand all grout lines. After that they do any necessary touch up work and finally when you and them are happy with the results they apply the sealer. This process takes about a week. Each morning Lance would call and give me an approximate time of their arrival. Each day when finished he would let me know what they had completed. Every evening the project site was cleaned up and ready for the next day. Throughout the project Lance and his team would communicate with us and make sure that we were seeing the results we expected. His team works seamlessly working off the strengths of each other. We are very happy with our results and wouldnâ t hesitate to recommend The Concrete Doctor to our friends.

We used The Concrete Doctor to epoxy our garage floor, and to etch and apply an ashlar coating to our driveway, sidewalk and lanai. We are extremely happy with the results. Lance & his team (Tyler and Chandra) were extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive & respectful. They took time to explain each step of the process and kept us apprised when they would be at our house for the next step. We wanted something uniquely ours. They offered their color expertise and Tyler and Chandra delivered! They are true artists in their craft. This company provided excellent service from the initial consultation to the finished job.

Lance is very personable and he and the crew were very respectful. He did an excellent job of communicating when he would be working on my driveway and appeared as promised. Just know that he is booked solid and will be moving between jobs that are in various stages of readiness and can get distracted. So just be sure everything you want done is on paper. And Lance will be sure he honors his contract 100%. He will go the extra mile to be sure you are totally satified. He has a professional portfolio show casing his previous jobs. Well worth checking it out.

Had driveway, entry, front courtyard and patio surfaces textured with grey slate texture design - process was timely due to the detail, weather, etc., but worth it in the end. Had lani painted with speckle overlay. Communication good throughout. Very satisfied with outcome. Price was reasonable.
