Lance gave me a quote that was in line with others i got, but I was impressed with his presentation. I hired him and he did more than what was contracted and did it all in a timely manner. My â newâ driveway and sidewalk turned out great. I would highly recommend The Concrete Doctor to anyone who needs concrete painting/sealing.

Lance and Dave coated my garage floor. Great job, great guys and easy to work with. The worst part of a garage job, is where do you put your stuff for the necessary week. The Concrete Doctor took care of that. They have a storage facility, they load your belongings in a truck haul it to the facility and return when done. Makes this job, for me, so much easier. Also allows them to let each step properly cure before moving onto the next step. Anybody who tries to do this in a day, is wasting your time and money. Each step needs time, and with your belongings in storage, you don't have to worry about exposure and can allows the proper time to complete. These guys are polite, accommodating and easy to work with. I'm glad I used the Concrete Doctor.

Lance and his crew do fabulous work. I had all the paved surfaces around my house done. Extremely happy with how it worked out. The process because of all the steps and drying takes a while, but well worth the wait.

We initially were going to have the entire drive and lane and sidewalks done so awe paid the initial deposit of 4,000 dollars. Unfortunately, we had a death in the family that put a financial burden on us we went ahead and had the sidewalk and lane done which was nowhere near the deposit amount. Tried to get Lance to refund part of the difference or even earn it honestly by doing the lanie (again nowhere near the remaining deposit monies). But he has refused to return any calls or texts. The work he did do was great but his business practices are below standard. to all pay notice that THE contract does not state refund is not refundable and I am sure he USED the remaining funds to pay payroll or materials for another job. BEWARE BEFORE YOU GET INVOLVED.

Job took 5 weeks to complete, excuse always was weather, but there were lots of good days that no one showed up. Owner went away for a week and left one man to do numerous jobs so he couldn't do it all. Quality is very lacking, I think I could have done better myself.

They were very easy to work with. Returned calls very quickly. Professional owner and staff. They were able to schedule the work within a few days. I would recommend Lance and his staff to anyone.

Excellent results, very personable, dependable.

Lance was very professional and quite competent. Not only did he transform our old garage floor to a pretty one, he advised me on color choices. In addition he provided storage for the items that had to "go away" during the installation. We will enjoy this floor a long time since it coordinates beautifully with the exterior of our home.
