Jay Scranton was very prompt once I called and explained the issue I was having. He came the next day, even called early to see if he could arrive earlier that scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. Jay was very professional, personable and very knowledgable of the equipment. Jay actually was the one that installed my system when he worked for Precision Elevators, which is no longer in business. All of the repairs were completed very quickily. I am very happy with the support we received and would highl recommend hime.

They were on time and did a complete job. They removed the old and installed a completely new elevator, which is working fine. We thought they did a professional job and would use them in the future and can recommend them.

Jay was very flexible with meeting us. He fully inspected the elevator, determined what work needed to be done, then gave us a quote. He way very trustworthy and I gave him full access for the repairs while I wasn't on site. He performed all work as quoted and even did a few extra things at no additional charge. When he finished, the elevator worked as it should. One side note... about a week later, one of the sensors needed adjusting. I made a call to Jay and he came out the next day and took care of it at no additional charge. Let's hope we don't have any issues in the future with the elevator, but if we do, I know that I can call Jay and he will take care of it quickly and at a reasonable price!
