From the beginning, these guys were awesome! I went into the store unsure of what to buy (we are getting our house ready to sell), and they pointed me in the right direction. No pushy sales guy--just nice, honest advice. I made the appointment for someone to come measure my floors, and they were extremely accommodating around my schedule. They came to measure--called beforehand to make sure I was home--and they were done in less than 15 minutes. The price to have them come out and measure was even reimbursed when I ordered the carpet! I scheduled a day for installation, then had to reschedule, and they took care of all of it without any problem. They knew we only had one day for installation, so they made sure to set our appointment with one of their fastest installers. There were two installers, and they were quick, professional, and quiet! Our dog didn't even mind that they were here. Best part? All of this was done in just over a week. Amazing! Loved the whole process, and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They have a good selection of carpets and installation was on time and well done.

My experience with Discount Carpet & Tile was great. The estimator came out right on time and worked up an exact, fair cost. The installers were efficient and professional. My only quibbles would be that I had to write two checks -- one to the estimator and another to the installation crew. I'd rather write one, if possible. Also, the installation crew showed up two hours early, which forced my wife and I to juggle our schedules a bit. Overall, though, everything went about as smoothly as any contract job I've ever had. I would surely hire Discount Carpet again.

My husband and I had been shopping for tile. We'd been to the other big name stores and couldn't find exactly what we wanted. We stopped in to Discount Carpet and they were very helpful. Showed us what they had and then left us alone to browse and talk with each other. He was honest about the cost, shipping, quantity, everything. We will be back.

I needed new carpet for worn out carpet in master bedroom. I talked to several employees in flooring department of big box stores but I felt their knowledge was questionable and they were just going through the motions so I decided to deal with a smaller, local business. After doing some research talked with several local carpet businesses including Discount Carpet and Tile. I talked with Terry at Discount Carpet who obviously knows the carpet business. Told him my needs and budget and he pointed me in the right direction. He didn't try to oversell. Or for that matter he didn't try to give me a low price for lower grade carpet/pad just so he could give me a good price. Discount Carpet will give you the total price for carpet and install so you're not trying to figure out just how much it is going to cost. After picking out a carpet Dennis came to house to measure and brought sample board so we could make sure of color of carpet in bedroom lighting. The cost of carpet was due at that time and contract signed. Dennis was a little later than planned getting to the house but he stayed in touch so knew when he would arrive. An appointment for install was set for a couple weeks later on a Monday. On the Saturday before the Monday the installer called and said he could do it that day. He was at the house within a couple hours (which is when he said he would be there) and it took him around 2 hours to do the job which was how long he estimated it would take. Furniture moved out, old carpet/pad removed, new pad and carpet installed. Furniture moved back in and everything cleaned up. The installation fee is paid to installer after install complete. As previous poster stated the installer called the store so I could talk to Terry who wanted to make sure everything looked ok and thank me for by business. Only been about a week but so for everything looks good. I would use Discount Carpet and Tile again.

FANTASTIC! Installer was very professional as was the individual who measured for the amount of carpet. Job went quickly. The installer cleaned up everything after the job was complete. The installer also did something I didn't expect, he called the owner so the owner could say "Thank you" which really meant a lot. I have over the past year "moved away" from the "Big Box Retailers" in favor of supporting my local businesses and have used the large Orange Store for carpet needs in the past, the orange store did ..an okay job .. but charged for every little thing like tack strips or haul away. Discount Carpet and Tile gave me one price. Then to have the owner want to say "thank you" reinforced my belief that shopping local is the way to go! My only regret was I waited as long as I did to "go local". Thanks .. I have a few rental properties and will definitely be calling them back whenever the need for carpet arises.

Entire process was smooth, from product selection, scheduling the install (I had a scheduling conflict with original install date, and rescheduling was handled well) , and the actual installation.

3 Rooms of 60# carpet beautifully installed. My hallway tile wasn't complete yet so they even left a little extra overhang to finish the job perfectly. Prompt, professional service. Small operation, big on service.

This was a very pleasant experience. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helped me select the right carpet for my needs at a cost that was 35% less expensive than the cost of two competitive quotes. Discount Carpets was able to schedule the job quickly, the installer arrived on time, and was extremely courteous and competent. Dennis came to look at the condo for an estimate. He was very professional and kind. He helped my pick a carpet for my needs and price range, I was very satisfied with the quality and look. The installers came on time as promised and did a wonderful job. I was in a huge time crunch and the job was done with quality craftsmanship in a very timely manner. I would recommend to anyone. The staff here are very trustworthy, and sensitive to my needs.

This entire business is very professional & customer oriented. Highly recommend these guys. Sales & product support at the store, variety & selection of materials, the planning / measuring and definitely the installation. Installation team was top notch & very professional.

Talked with Terry and he helped match tile to what was existing in my current house and walked me through carpet options. Great service and knowledge about the industry and excellent pricing and installers.

Master bedroom is very large and it took quite a while for one person to remove and install. A larger crew would have made the job go faster but he was very neat and it turned out great. He hauled away the old carpet and pad. Very satisfied.

After an initial visit to evaluate the options, we returned a couple of months later to buy and schedule installation of the carpet. We didn't feel pressured at all to buy more than made sense for us with our two young children and large dog. They recommended an affordable carpet that would be durable and extremely easy to clean. The installer was right on time, and got right to work. As he was making short work of the old carpet we left the house with our small children to get out of his way for a few hours. By the time we came back, he was almost done, and everything looked great. There was a potential issue in one doorway where the carpet met some tile, but he knew exactly what to do and made that look great as well. Overall, we're very satisfied with our entire experience with Discount Carpet & Tile.

The staff at Discount Carpet and Tile were wonderful. I was able to get an estimate in less than 24 hours after I called, and they were able to install the carpet on the day that I preferred. The installers arrived on time, finished fairly quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The whole process went smoothly and I would not hesitate to use Discount Carpet and Tile again for my flooring needs.

When we first entered the store we were met by Terry, AKA (Ron White). He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He explained what each of the MANY different styles / colors / and costs where. We ended up purchasing carpet and padding for 2 rooms in my house. He contracts out the installation to a partnering company so I was hesitant on this. That company showed up with the carpet in a very timely manner, I have to say he was very pleasant and did his best to make sure everything was taken care. I would not think twice about using this company again.

I just bought a house and have had several service providers in the house to do work. This carpet installation is the only one that's gone off without a hitch! It was easy to purchase the carpet (I provided the measurements) and the installer Marty called before he came to let me know he was 30 minutes out. He was courteous and professional and put me on the phone with Terry before he left to make sure I was satisfied. The carpet looks great and Marty cleaned up after his work extremely well - you'd never know he was there. I've had numerous compliments on the carpet thus far. It was so easy to do business with these guys. They were a recommendation from a friend and I'd definitely use them again. I'm very happy I chose Discount Carpet and Tile... If only I could get the same quality and service from other types of house remodeling providers.

Luis called once the tile was loaded on the van and let me know that they were on their way. Luis and Angel arrived and I walked through the house to show them the areas that would be tiled (the kitchen and master bathroom). They got right to work. They were going to put the tile down on top of the linoleum but Luis showed me that the linoleum had come up quite a bit in the laundry room so he said that they would pull it all up. On the first day they put the whole pieces of tile down with the dividers. On the second day they came and cut the smaller pieces to fit in and put the grout in. They finished in the afternoon and it looked great! We had the carpeting installed two days later. We had the entire house carpeted - 4 bedrooms, the dining room, and the living room. The guys came in and moved the furniture to one side of the house and tore the old carpet up. They vacuumed the bare floor prior to laying the new carpet. They worked well together and were very efficient. They finished up in the afternoon. The guys that came to lay the tile and the guys that came to lay the carpet were all very friendly and professional and kept us informed throughout the day of where they were in the process. I would absolutely recommend Discount Tile and Carpet to friends, neighbors, or co-workers.

He showed us samples in all price ranges and explained the differences but never pushed us into a decision. They carry an extensive selection and were able to meet our Saturday install before moving in. Marty was right on time that Saturday to install and he was excellent! He was extremely meticulous and took his time to make sure the job was done right. They are very professional and dedicated to customer service. They are proud of their reputation and they should be, they are awesome and I would use them again. Thank you for a totally enjoyable experience!
