When I first phoned their office personnel they were very cordial.  Their representative showed up on time to inspect the premises and made, what I consider, appropriate recommendations for upgrading the existing system.  An appointment was made for the installation,  and the installer arrived on time and did an excellent job installing the system  There were a few problems that arose immediately following the installation with false signal generation, but the company quickly addressed and corrected the problems.
When I questioned the company owner about the higher price quote for their system compared with other estimates I received from larger, well-known, national, companies, the company owner explained that because the company is smaller and they can't buy the volume of systems that the larger companies do, their system price was higher.  Their monitoring fees, however, are lower, and the initial price difference will be made up over time.  I was pleased with the candidness of his explanation.  I am very satisfied with their work.
