Fantastic job.

They were very friendly. They came out and I like what I see and I'm looking forward to them coming and working for me, there prices were very reasonable.

GREAT '' THE ESTIMATING STEPS WERE ON TIME AND COURTEOUS. THEY EASILY EXPLAINED THE MOUNTING AND ASSEMBLY METHODS AND PROVIDED A DETAILED ESTIMATE SHEET. I WAS ABLE TO CONTACT THEIR REFERENCES RAPIDLY AND WITH SATISFACTION. TWO VENDORS WOULD NOT SUPPLY WRITTEN OR DETAILED ESTIMATES OR REFERENCES. THE INSTALLATION WAS INSTALLED AND COMPLETED ON THE SAME DAY AND ON THE SCHEDULED DATE. THE TEAM WAS COURTEOUS AND CLEANED UP THE DEBRIS. A QUESTION OF SHUTTER PANEL STORAGE WAS CRITICAL FOR A SMALL GARAGE. THEY BUILT A SYSTEM THAT USED THE LEAST AMOUNT OF ROOM AND MADE IT EASIER ON A DISABLED SHOULDER. ALL PHONE CALLS WERE RETURNED QUICKLY AND RESOLVED.

The entire operation was as quick and efficient as I could have wanted. Co-owner Sandra Ayers visited, measured the opening, and made a very competitive and accurate estimate of the cost. Randy Ayers followed up with a final measurement and the entire shutter was installed in about 5 hours a few days later. No waiting, no stalling, no canceling. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. I am very picky with tradespeople. In the past I have had cancellations, no-shows (without calling), and shoddy workmanship from various companies that make great promises but don't deliver. The Ayerses came through for me and I recommend them highly.

The estimator was very thorough, professional and informative. The installers were the same. They installed within the time frame promised, cleaned up the site each day, and were patient in showing us how to operate the shutters and braces..

Roll-A-Guard was highly professional from start to finish and the final project was as advertised and appears completely satisfactory. Sandra Ayers clearly explained the product and outlined five options ranging in cost from "Rolls Royce" to "Volkswagen." There was no pressure to go for the most expensive. Though there was a minor problems getting the project off the ground on the first day due to an "emergency service call," Frank, George and John were competent, efficient, neat and -- perhaps most important on a retrofit project in an occupied dwelling -- guys you were comfortable having around the place. They went beyond the call of duty on a couple of occasions. For example, they cheerfully replaced a window spring that they may or may not have damaged and also rehung a piece of art in a new location when it would no longer fit where hung previously.

Excellent! For starters, Sandra and her partner came over at the promised time to give us an estimate. Both were professional and very pleasant. The worked started on time and the three guys who work together form an ideal team. They were careful and courteous and reliable. Let me add the word "helpful" too. Our condo is on the 13th floor and they had to haul some of the heavy equipment up. Not a scratch to be found. They worked at a consistent pace. We left the keys with them so we would not be under foot. The crew cleaned up after themselves rather thoroughly. It was a very big job.

Everyone I worked with (including owners and installers) was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The finished product is very well done and looks great. There were some issues with our homeowners association at the start and everyone with Roll-A-Guard was concerned, polite and did whatever was needed to get the job done correctly and make everyone involved happy. They were there when they were supposed to be and cleaned up everyday when finished. I hope a hurricane never comes, but if one does, I will feel confident that we have the best protection available.

They were very nice and neat. They called me to tell me that they would be a little bit late, which I appreciated. They showed up about ten minutes after the scheduled time. Everything went well and they did a good job.

You won't be able to find a more responsive, dependable company than this one. Sandra called me right back and set up a time for the estimate. She came on time, was knowledgeable. Their price is competitive and they honor the Angie's List coupon. They came on the agreed upon day (called me the night before to remind me) and Frank the installer was great. I (against Sandy's advice) thought the door shutter would look better installed a certain way. When I looked at it after, I realized Sandy had been right and called the office to ask if it could be changed. Though Sandy was out of town, the office called her and within 1/2 hour of my calling--they were back on the line to tell me Frank would be out to change it and he did. I had a My Safe Florida grant and I had supplied the paperwork beforehand and Frank brought it all completed to me on the day of the install. I recommend this company highly.

The was the only company I could find on Angie's List or not that would do repair work on shutters that they didn't install. Everyone else I called just wanted to replace it. This was an older shutter that has vinyl slats. I had ordered a part for it, but I didn't think it was the right part, nor did I know how to install it. George, the service tech was able to repair the shutter using the part I had ordered. It works great and I feel better that the thing is not flapping around in the wind anymore. The $25 coupon in Angie's publication brought the price down to $150. Do to the great service, I will highly consider this company to install the hurricane shutters that they quoted me on.

Excellent in every way. On time, very professional. It is a husband and wife small business, that I hope thrives, because I can't say enough good things about them. There team of installers introduce themselves, lay down drop clothes on the floors, clean up and do perfect installation. I called for an estimate and 10 days later the product was installed. It is a pleasure to deal with these folks. I highly recommend them.

I called them, they came and measured all the open areas, made suggestions, provided a reasonable estimate and installed the shutters when they said they would.

We got the name from Angie's List. They set up an appointment for the next day. The repair person arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable and explained the problem and solution in easy to understand terms. We would use them again.

Great job. Sandra explained the different products and didn't try to sell me the most expensive. I really understood what would go where, how it would work and how it would look. Later, I had questions (because that's the kind of person I am), and called her a zillion times. She would call back immediately, answer clearly and always say to call again if I needed to. I mean, this was after I had placed the order. The panels were installed in less than a month! The installers were great. Their motto is "we are here to please you." Again, they stopped to answer questions and explain as they went along. They made sure I knew they were aware of my special requests. Every shutter was checked for fit, the guides were caulked to keep out water, and everything was cleaned up. They even offer a service to put up the panels if need be when a hurricane is coming. Great company. I've already recommended them to my sister.

Called for estimate and Sandra Ayers provided within 1 week. Andrew Ayers performed final measurements within another week and installation scheduled with committed completion by end of month. Frank and his crew took four days to completely install all 23 shutters. Work was done professionally and within committed completion date.

I have a problem with your website. I first notated a C on the price and filled out all the blanks, but I couldn't continue, so I changed it to a B just to get this over with.

Outstanding were very pleased with the quality, and the personality of the employees.

I was impressed with her knowledge during the estimate and ordered right away because I was assured that the panels and shutter would be installed within a couple weeks even though she had to write 6-8 weeks on the contract "just in case". In a couple weeks they called to ask to come out and double check measurements, they hadn't even ordered supplies yet! They assured me they'd meet their contractual obligation of 6-8 weeks. I had to settle for that because I obviously can't enforce the words said out loud when a written contract exists. However, they did not meet the 6-8 weeks or even call to update me. When it got to 10 weeks I called them to follow up. At that point they scheduled an installation for me. They messed up one of my window sills and one of the windows doesn't look like the panels will sit right but I didn't follow up because I didn't want the run around again. I'd just recommend to get it in writing with these people!

They have met their commitments to me in a timely manner, with the delivery and installation of hurricane shutters. I also have great respect for their labor force. What a great team they make! They are so helpful, patiently answering and explaining each question that I had. They were so very neat and careful not to bump into anything with their equipment, and they actually cleaned and swept up at the end of each day. They are masters of their craft with a great sense of humor. They were so respectful to me and each other; they work so cooperatively together in a friendly manner, and yet they never stop to rest. I could see how tired they were at the end of each day and I know that I, as the customer, was blessed with a crew like this. I want to thank all of them from the bottom of my heart for a job well done. I'm going to miss this crew. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Their work was good and I was fortunate that they had 2 cancellations so that they could get to me sooner. The work was done quickly.

Very professional company from the estimate given to us by Sandra to the work done by Keith and crew. We received bids from 3 other companies and this was the lowest bid. It was estimated that the shutters would be ready in 3-4 weeks (a heck of a lot better than one that quoted us 48-52 weeks!!) and we received a call 10 days later that the shutters were ready - way before hurricane season!! We use these shutters every day to control sunlight, for privacy, and security. We had to call them back to secure a couple of the indoor cranks (needed wall anchors) and they came the next Saturday after our call. Clean up was done by all at the end of each work day. We liked the fact that all workers are employed by the company and that no subcontractors are used.

EXCELLENT, THE ENGINEER SAID IF IT WENT WRONG AGAIN HE WOULD REPAIR IT FOR FREE.
