Excellent service, installation and quality.I ask a lot of questions and want to know specfics. They were very responsive and patient with my diligence.They were punctual for estimates and installation. Their service and installation personnel are employees(not contractors) and very professional and quality driven. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed.

The employees were very efficient and friendly. I felt that they were well qualified.

They were delightful to work with, and they offered assistance in letting the shutters down if I ever needed help. I thought they were wonderfully professional.

My experience was ok. I think they did an alright job with the installation, but I don’t like one window in particular. I don’t like the way it looks, and I thought they could have installed it way simpler way.

Andrew is excellent! He is always available and responsive, and I think he’s very helpful! His company offers a great, personalized service.

This is a good company. They are professional, and the workmen they send out are very neat and courteous. Also, I’ve found them to be incredibly responsive to any issues.

They responded the my call almost immediately. If they still have the same employees, I would highly recommend them. Especially since the rollshutter they repaired at my condo was not their product.

When they refused to break out the estimate for me I told them that we would have to go with another company. I was shocked by an email that I received from Cassidy: Here are quotes from her email to show you word for word how they treat potential customers. "We must say that it has seemed clear from the beginning that you had no intention of hiring us." "It is worth noting that we do not do itemized pricing for several reasons. It is not just because of competitors and dishonest customers that this policy is enforced; it is in large part because we consider itemized pricing to be a bit dishonest." I had asked them to bid on my unit ONLY so I could share the cost with the other residents to see who would be interested in buying film, shutters or replacement windows. I own one unit out of 250 and at no time did I state I was on was on the Board or was representing the development in any way. I was researching all options for hurricane protection for a group of residents that were interested in getting them approved. We were looking for ball park costs to see who would and would not be interested. Other companies had no issue doing this and were very happy to help. Others even offered group discounts with out us even asking. This is what they accused me of doing in writing. They have also slandered me to the condo management and association and I will probably have to seek legal council against their behavior and comments. "Also, it has come to our attention that when you first contacted us you stated you were the acting as an authorized agent for all 250 condominium units in your building. At that time we contacted the acting management company to confirm that shutters were allowed in your condo and to check on any requirements for your building. We were notified that you were not an authorized agent and that there was serious doubt that you had the credentials and licenses necessary to be instated as an authorized agent. We were told by the management company to be very wary of anyone presenting themselves as an authorized agent. We are still not exactly sure how you represent the condo? Now they are stating that they are going to continue with this behavior in order to secure a sale. The board members are my friends and neighbors and to continue to make me look bad to get a sale is the most unprofessional thing any company can do. "We did contact the management company and we will be contacting the agent in charge of your condo tomorrow. We also plan to contact the board members that are elected, so that we can explain the predicament that we were put in and offer our services. . We hope that the elected board members will be willing to hear us out and offer us a fair chance at a proposal. " I hope this gives other customers an idea of how this company treats potential customers and the lengths they would stretch the truth to get a sale. I would never buy from them.

Great! They were very professional and easy to work with, they returned our calls, and were always available for questions.

Two techs showed up and explained what they were to do and what the prices for that work would be. The lead tech provided homeowner with alternatives to reinstalling storm panels for fron entry door. We were most satisfied with work and professionalism of the crew sent out to do the work. The employee named Greg as excellent and is commended.

The job went great. Everyone showed up on time, sometimes calling to confirm the time. The whole process went smooth and the installers Frank and Joe took their time to show me the product and answer all my questions. We were able to work around my schedule. They also were very professional, prompt and cleaned up any mess. So far, I am very pleased with the shutters and have used them once for a heavy rain.

Their sales representative (Sandra) showed up on time and was very professional. She also gave us all of our options. We decided on the accordian hurricane shutters to protect our french doors during storms. When Sandra left, we received follow-up calls from her, and from other people in their office, confirming the various steps along the way. Within a day, Andy came by to verify measurements, explain the procedure and approximate time involved to install. Andy also extended an offer to call him at any time for any concern that might arise, saying `we really care about the work that we do'. Thereafter, the company called us within another day or so to ask if we would like to have the sutter installer MUCH sooner than our timetable. We said yes, and before the end of the week, Frand & Greg showed up to install the hurricane shutter. They were professional and wasted no time in getting right to work. Within a short amount of time, the job was completed, the area was policed and the shutter was in place and working great. Once the hurricane s****** was installed, Cassidy (from their office), called to let us know that the inspection had been scheduled for the following day (as we had asked for) - and she even included the phone number and prompt numbers to find out what time of day the inspector would be coming. We had asked that the job be completed before May 1st (including the inspection) - and we ended up with a completed job on April 14th (including the inspection). We are very satisfied with the work performed, the way in which it was performed, and the people who work with this company. Great Job! We would definitely use this company again.

They did a great job and they should be commended. They exceled in response. They called right back. They were out an hour later. They were able complete the job in half hour.

They came out and measured the windows and then they were back to install. If I would have questions he would come out to my home to answer them. They were excellent.

We have purchased shutters from this company for two homes. They did a great job the first time and that is why we rehired them for our new house. The work was scheduled promply and was finished ahead of schedule. The materials are very high quality and the crew was a pleasure. The Pinellas county code inspector told me that although he was not familiar with the company, the installation was first rate. He said "they went beyond what they needed to do to meet code." I would not hesitate to recommend this Company to anyone!

After the initial proposal, they came out to make exact measurement & drawings because ours was a custom design installation. We had an accurate time table and the work was done in an extremely professional manner. The workers were conscience & courteous and cleaned up after the job was done.

A sales person visited my home and helped me decide which style of shutters would serve my home's four entrance doors best. We set a date for installation.The same day someone came to measure for the shutter construction.The company manufactured the door protection units according to the specs of the measure. Installers showed up as scheduled and the job was completed in one day. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the two styles of shutters that I selected.

He was very professional and capable. Went straight to work and stayed until he was sure everything worked perfectly. He advertises that he can work on all brands of shutters and he proved it. Also gave me a spray can of what he uses to oil the shutters. He was polite and well mannered. I will always use him in the future. I can now start the hurricane season in the secure knowledge that my hurricane shutters are working perfectly.

They came on time, finished on time, and were professional and courteous. We had asked them to replace the screens for the balcony as well as the shutters, since this can only be done when the shutters are not in place, and they even replaced more screens then we had asked for, without charging extra. All in all it was a very pleasant experience.

A very professional and satisfying experience for us as owners. Two men did the whole job in a letter less than 4 hours. Very impressive since they had to use a scaffold anchored to the outside wall with a safety line to the building roof..Dangerous work, but they were old hands at it! They laid down a protective canvas over our rug, and when finished they cleaned up the work area thoroughly and made certain we were satisfied. Also, they consulted the building custodian to be certain all was satisfactory.

Andy was very professional and friendly. He cleaned up after repairing our storm shutter I would not hesitat to use him again.

They did quite a bit of work and it was top quality. The price was also reasonable for what they did. One of the owners actually gave the original estimate. After the estimate she went along her way and didn't bug me to contract with them. After I decided on this company, they came back out and re-measured everything to make sure it was correct. It was an enjoyable experience and they even called after to make sure I was pleased. I would highly recommend them for hurricane protection projects.

I decided to go with them because they were on Angie's List and rated very highly. We went to their office to finalize things and liked what we saw. We liked their professionalism, timeliness and the fact that they were not pushy at all, although, they really stood by their product. They came on time with the shutters, we did not have to run around and they answered all my questions. They guys who came to do the installation were great. They were friendly, pleasant to be around and cleaned up after themselves. It was just an all around very good company as far as work is concerned and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My first call was to the original installer who had been servicing these shutters for years. They charged me $205 to come to my house. They took the motor out and put it in the garage. They left the shutters down on my bedroom window! Their estimate to repair was $2000+ and recommended to replace at an even higher cost. Desparate for a repair at a reasonable price, I called Roll A Guard. Andy came out the next day to have a look, at no charge! He came back 2 days later and worked several hours to repalce what the other company took apart, and actually made them work again!
