They did excellent. They were fast. All the tools and equipment are top-notch. I’ve used them before. The service isn’t cheap, but they are competitive with other companies. I’ve been thinking about using them again for a back room.

It turned out fabulous. Everyone was delightful. The gentlemen who owns the company did the installation along with one other employee. The wife did the estimate. The office girl, Cassidy, is impossibly perky. Every time you call she is a happy voice. I think the quality is great, but fortunately I haven’t had to use them yet.

They did the job very nicely. It couldn’t have been a better experience from beginning to end. They came ahead of schedule and put them all up on the windows. Everything fit perfectly. There was one window that didn’t fit right. The boss came and took it back to the shop and made it right. We left them up for the season because they are difficult for older people to take on and off, but it’s not really a problem they’re clear. We are very happy with the quality.

They did a fabulous job. They were very neat and clean. They got them completed in the time frame they promised. The price was reasonable. It seemed to be the going rate.

It turned out very well. I can’t tell you how well they work because fortunately I haven’t had to use them. They installed the windows in about 1-2 days. I know we got other estimates, but they had the particular shade we wanted. I had no problems with them. I recommend them.

My appointment was set for 1 to 2pm. I received a call at 1pm letting me know that they would arrive at about 2:15 instead. I was impressed that they called to let me know they would be late as I've dealt with a number of businesses lately that just leave you waiting and wondering. (I rated them as a B on punctuality only because my original appointment had been scheduled about a week before and they called that morning to cancel, however, they did follow-up to reschedule as promised.) At 2:10pm the truck arrived. I had been told there would be two men but there were actually three - Frank, Brandon and Patrick. As I was showing Frank where all of the shutters were located, Brandon and Patrick got right to work. They found ants in one of the overhead cases and removed two large wasp nests in another one. While waiting for the wasps to clear out, they just worked on another shutter. The problem with the portion of the large shutter that covered the lanai door turned out to be a couple of slats that had broken on the inside. There had also been a problem in the past with the shutter not fully retracting so it occasionally hung down an inch or so too low preventing the door from opening. They replaced the two slats and precisely adjusted the length to correct the door problem. The truck drove away at 4pm. They charged me for 1.5 hours work even though they could have charged 1.75 (they bill in 1/4 hour increments). I was impressed with their teamwork. All three men were very polite, hard-working and professional - no yelling, no loud music, no goofing off - just good work. I told Frank I would recommend Rollaguard to whomever buys the condo. I would definitely hire them again!

They were very professional and completed the job efficiently and quickly. I was surprised by the fee, but that is my fault for not asking beforehand what the charges would be, and making a comparison. They did give me an Angie's list discount.

The quote was competitive as first submitted and gave us confidence the contractor understood what he was doing and that his product was competitively priced.The installation was flawless and took place before the promised date. The two technicians who performed the job were very knowledgeable, courteous and worked continuously very hard in 95 degree weather.

The company was responsive to our need to have a quicker installation than originally scheduled, the work was accomplished efficiently and professionally. The installer, Patrick, was polite and knowledgeable, and took great care in his workmanship. Observations: The company charges 3% if you want to use a credit card for payment. A discount is offered to Angie's List subscribers, but only if the service costs over $2,000 (a disappointment). I recommend Roll-A-Guard huricane sceen door -- it looks great!.

Both Sandy and Andy provided excellent service in the estimation and measurement of the enclosure areas. They offered suggestions on the stacking to minimize obstruction of the view. The installers arrived on time and provided advance notice of their arrival. The installers were neat and cleaned up an mess from the install. It was a pleasure to have the work done and completed as scheduled.

We had scheduled our installation on the first work day that we were down to our condo and Frank showed up right on time as promised and had it installed the same day. The unit that they installed was very large(10X16) and heavy but the 2 installers had everything up & running by mid afternoon. There are 2 types of switches that can be used & Sandra had suggested that we go with a switch that you have to hold down to either put it up or down. The other type was a one touch switch but she told us it doesn't stop like a garage door when it hits something on the way down and since we rent our condo out it would be safer for tenants using it. Frank showed us how to use it, what to do for maintenance and problems, cleaned up & was gone by about 4 pm. Cassidy in the office then arranged for the inspection 2 days later and even gave us a number to check what time the inspector would show up. The installation needed both electrical and building inspection & both went without a hitch. We would definitely use them again.

They came when they said they would and fixed it.

They did a good job. They came in and explained what we needed and we went ahead with that work. They came out right away.

It turned out very well. We feel secure with the shutters. They were great to deal with, came when they were supposed to, worked efficiently and they got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone.

The service was good and the guys who came out did a good job. The cost was pretty expensive however. They came two days in a row. They did their job and cleaned up after themselves. They showed me what they were doing and how the shutters worked.

There aren't any don'ts; just solid professionalism throughout.Frank & Patrick went from one window to the next, installing shutters as they went. The shutters hadn't been used since before I bought the house & that was Feb 2010. My thanks also to Cassidy Hutto for arranging both appointments of installation & takedoown. NTS, I wasn't the only one calling for shutter installation.

Great job - love the shutters not only for storm protection but are wonderful for sun shade during the day.

We collected multiple quotes that all came out in the same general cost range, and selected RollAGuard due to Angie reviews, BBB rating, the fact that installers are employees, and a good vibe from Sandy Ayers that convinced us they were exceptionally dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction. That turned out to be very true. The products are great, the installers (Greg and Frank) were professional, friendly, accomodating, and took care to explain all the hardware and deployment instructions. They clearly take well-deserved pride in their skills and expertise. I had a slight panic when I thought they might be planning to work late on Friday to get the job done, because we had been expecting a weekend guest. Stupid me hadn't thought to say anything about it until the schedule had slipped a little Thursday morning. I emailed Cassidy midday Thursday to voice concern over the Friday schedule and request (somewhat unfairly, at that point in the game) that they not work past 3:00 on Friday. OMG, the phone rang within 10 minutes with Andy calling and doing everything possible to work out the issue. He assured me that the guys would not sacrifice quality or do quick sloppy work to meet a deadline, but he did arrange with them to work late Thursday, and come early Friday if they ran into any glitches (they didn't, and the work was finished Friday before 2pm). Their responsiveness and effective communication with me, and with each other, was impressive. We are very happy we went with this company and if we ever purchase another property in the area there is no question we would use them again.

The team at RollAGuard did a fantastic job from the initial sales call to the clean up once the job was complete. These folks are the consummate professionals and they "really" care about their customer. I have seen few crews work harder and more consistently than their crew worked on our job. They took a lunch break each day of about 30 minutes and then went right back to work. They arrived when they said they would, worked a full day, did an outstanding job that resulted in a shutter system that can barely be seen from the sidewalk and does not detract from our home's beauty. I requested two bids. Both from Angie's List "A" rated businesses. I did have a less expensive bid, but when I dug into it I found that it did not include all of the taxes and when I gave Roll A Guard a chance to match their competition, they did not even hesitate. So I got to use the Gold Star rated Angie's List vendor and I am happy I did. I am sure the other vendor would have done a good job, but I can highly recommend Roll A Guard without equivocation for storm/hurricane shutters.

They were excellent! They were local and family owned. Any problems you may encounter with their shutters will be taken care of at any time now matter how old or how long ago their product was installed. They have a wonderful product. The workers are great. The husband and wife that own the company are wonderful as well.

They did exactly what they promised in one afternoon.
