A Roll-A-Guard representative helped me choose storm shutters for two very large glass doors facing a balcony. They did the necessary adjustments and installed them. This was at the height of the hurricane season, when they were very busy. In spite of that, they performed the work quickly and professionally.

After having another hurricane shutter vendor botch the installment of accordion shutters on one of our homes, we were given a referral to Roll-A-Guard. They came out and repaired the work that had been done and then completed the remaining shutters. We were so pleased that we requested estimates on an additional two homes that included not only the accordion shutters, but also the electric (battery/generator backup) roll downs. We agreed with the estimate and the work was done quickly and in a very professional manner. The electric roll downs required some exterior exposed wiring which was professionally hidden by using the design of the exterior and specialized wire covering. The owners and staff have a warm professional attitude and are willing to work with the homeowner through each step to ensure the job is completed with safety, beauty and convenience in mind. We also avail ourselves of Roll-A-Guard's Annual Maintenance. They have tackled everything from the average dust and debris buildup to wasp nests hidden in the motor housings of the electric shutters. Through all of our renovations to date, Roll-A-Guard has been one of the easiest companies to work with and the shutters are of top quality.

They were great. showed up on time, worked efficiently. replaced non working motor & tuned up my other motorized shutter. They also came back in a year to service those two shutters - for a fee.

The 3 techs showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning, lubricating and ensuring the shutters were working correctly. Cleaned out a few mud dauber nests from some of the windows.

Roll-A-Guard installed two hurricane roll-up shutters over exterior doors and two stainless steel hurricane screens over two other outside doors. The company also provided engineering specifications of their products. The protection was not cheap - but we wanted the best hurricane protection we could have. The company was prompt and workmanship excellent. A year later, we are still happy with the products installed.

One of our shutters stopped working in a partially open position. They came out the next day and fixed it. The shutter developed another issue about 2 weeks later. They came out the next day and fixed it and did not charge for the second service call. The workers were knowledgeable and courteous.

From beginning to end, this was a fantastic company to work with. They were professional; punctual, did an expert job, and were willing to go the extra mile, They kept "mess" to a minimum, and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. The estimate process was professional and efficient. Potential issues were pointed out that I would need to make decisions on. Several options were provided and sample product and pictures were provided to me. The contract/permit/order process was easy and moved forward on the time line laid out in advance. Once the shutters arrived the installation crew was prompt and professional in completing their work. The work area was kept very neat and the crew cleaned up at the end of each day. The shutters are well installed in a visually pleasing manner. No corners were cut in the process and the finished product is very professional. I have been so pleased with this company that I am going to contract for my upper level balcony as well.

Roll-a-guard originally installed all of our shutters/accordians in March of 2012. We had our pool and lanai decks paved so we needed the accordians removed and trimmed then reinstalled. I called Cassidy to get it all arranged and between she and Andy it was all done without a hitch. The price was even considerably cheaper than I was quoted.

I would highly recommend this company and would call them again.
