The movers showed up on time, they even called to let me know they were on their way. The team was very professional and they worked at the same pace during the entire move. I would definitely use their services again. There were items that I had not completed packing and they assisted in getting that piece done.

Overall, the service provided by A+ Quality Moving was great! My movers were JJ and Corey, and they arrived during the specified time frame and got right to work. They wrapped all of my furniture quickly and carefully and moved it in and out of the truck with precision. During the move into my new residence a wall was damaged with a piece of my furniture, but both JJ and Corey were prompted to report the damage to their supervisor. The damage was repaired in a less than a week. I would absolutely use A+ Quality Moving for another move! My only negative comment about this service provider is the communication. Every time I called, I had to leave a voicemail and wait for a return call. This occurred prior to the move, and when I was trying to get the damage issue resolved.

I recently moved from Illinois to Tampa for a new job and that move was every bit the nightmare you hear about so often. Switched carriers (I hired one company by a sub-contractor did the move), waayy too many broken items and furniture held in ransom until additional "delivery fees" were paid. I thought to avoid a recurrence when I purchased the Angie's List 3 men and a truck for 6 hour special from A+ Quality Movers. I knew what I had and approximately how long it should take since that other move was just a few months ago and how long it would take to drive to the new house so I thought I had it all in hand. When my crew arrived (on time) Saturday morning I went in to a little inside panic. They sported orange t-shirts and were driving a truck from "Ironman Movers." Not who I hired, but one of the guys explained they were all one company, though he didn't know why the different marketing. They also didn't think the move should take a full six hours and all three moved a little slower than when they first arrived. I started to breath a little easier when I saw what care they took in wrapping and carrying my things out. By the end of the move, I was really happy that they were taking their time because everything got unwrapped and put back together with no damage. And it all took a little under the planned six hours. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to anyone needing a local mover -- no matter what they're calling themselves next week.

Not a lot of communication going into this move, but in the end, they found my very rural former home and were a great team. They packed everything I asked, and even a few things I didn't need. I had a basket of bubble wrap, paper, large markers in the room to travel for the next location. I found the basket, markers, bubble wrap and tape- all wrapped up and neat - when it had been delivered to my new place. These guys worked hard and were diligent at each location. There were no broken or missing items. Should I ever have to move again, and God willing I won't, I would use this company again.

This moving company is wonderful. They were extremely prompt and professional and I believe were a great value.

STAY AWAY from these movers. I appreciate the fact that this is a tough job. So despite the terrible service, I still tipped the two movers because I understand that it?s hard work and they need to feed their families. However they were the worst movers we?ve ever used. Despite my numerous attempts to reach the owner (I wanted to explain the issues he needs to address with his team), I never heard from him. Two movers showed up promptly at my home on Feb 13. I needed them to move items from a POD in the driveway into my newly constructed home. It was a crew of two men. Upon arrival, one of the movers proceeds to tell my husband and I that he?d never done this before, and was filling in for a guy that did not show up for work that morning. They then asked my husband if he had moving straps because they forget theirs at the office. The movers dropped the washing machine on my new wooden stairwell and dented/scratched the wooden steps. One of the movers cut his hand and bled on my floor. The movers then asked me to get them water because they were thirsty. It was our first day in the home so I did not have any food or drink in the house. So I had to walk over to a convenience store to buy them water. The movers arrived incompletely prepared. My bedroom furniture was dinged badly. One of the movers decided to dissemble the bed frame because it was too heavy to lift. He sat on the bedroom floor for 35 minutes re-assembling the frame. In the end, he re-assembled it upside down. Due to this, they went over the allotted time and charged me extra. In the end, my husband had to re-assemble the frame and I helped him put the king mattress on top of it after they left. The weaker mover was unable to lift the sleeper couch so my husband had to help the stronger mover lift it. We did not have any big heavy items other than the usual (couch, beds, etc). My husband had to help one of the movers do most of the heavy lifting because the other guy (whom we paid) was unable to lift anything. Overall, they came completely unprepared and seemed totally inexperienced. They caused damage to my furniture and brand new home. And they did not even bother to follow up with a phone call or email despite my repeated attempts to contact them. Stay away from them!! I hate giving bad reviews because I like to support small businesses but I definitely do not want any other customers going through the same experience. The wear Iron Moving shirts so I believe they may use another company to do business too. I wish I would have done my research and never used these guys.

The movers had positive contact with me before my move and all the way up to the day of my move. They sent me a email on what to expect on moving day which was extremely helpful because it stopped all the anxiety that i would normally have. They took care of my furniture and cared that they didn't drag it across my wood floors. They even put boxes in the rooms they took them from. This was a great experience.

Overall I think it was a good value, and they definitely performed the service requested, but where they could have improved are as follows: 1) Answer your phone. I had to leave messages and have people get back to me. I always prefer to get a hold of people. 2) You have to sign your life away and any ability to litigate, and even pay they costs of their litigation if you do, according to there contracts. I realize this is a crazy world we live in, but you are a company and you are providing a service. If you are bad, you should have to worry about litigation. I don't like having to sign such one sided agreements. Of course if you don't sign they leave, and you are stuck. 3) They taped the door handle of my door open, and I had to remove the tape. You are movers, bring door stops :-) 4) They got lost for a half hour at lunch time, and charged me for it, I realize that they finished within the original 6 hours I had already paid for, so no harm no fowl, but had they run over at $55 per 30 minutes, I would have been very upset. Their excuse was Google GPS sent them to the wrong address, but I used it to get to the same address and had no problem. 5) They knocked a picture off the wall moving a mattress, (they were not even moving the picture), they wanted to give me $7 for it. I told them no, I didn't know what it was going to cost, and then they tried to forget putting it on the paper work at the end. 6) Since they ended a half hour early, they still put the entire 6 hours on the bill as there stop time. (This did not cost me anything, but I am sure the boss heard it took the entire time)

The movers were reliable and pleasant. They handled everything and I didn't stress at all. They were helpful and careful. They were on time for both jobs. I would definitely use them again.

I gave this service as a gift to myself so I would not have to move my daughter again from one place to another. She said the guys twere great and took care of her things and everything went smoothly. She would hire them again!

This company earns every positive review they get. The set up was smooth and professional. They accommodated my time frame because I had to reserve an elevator and showed up 15 minutes early. The two movers were professional, friendly, careful and did not wast one minute of time. I am very impressed with company overall and would highly recommend. Companies like this are why I love Angie's list!

The way the service was done, you could tell that they were here on a coupon. You could tell they were wanting to complete the job as quick as possible. I informed them to load the bedroom last, however they loaded it first. They were pushing me out of the way while I was mopping the bedroom. They were here for only 3 hours and I had paid for 6 hours.

These guys were fantastic. They were attentive and really went above and beyond to keep me informed on the progress. I was very impressed. They took care of every item they moved and asked up front about any items i was concerned about. I was very impressed with their handling of our artworks.

They communicated well on time frames, and went straight to work. Was so careful with our boxes and furniture. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and definitely will to friends as well. Thank you for all your help.

We bought one of the deals off of Angie's list and they were great! They worked hard (in the middle of September from a third floor apartment) and were very professional. The only negative was they gave us a large window of time that they'd be there (even though we were the first move of the day). Not the end of the world though. Would use them again though if we have to move!

Super job on protecting all furniture/walls and worked quickly. Loaded up in less than 1.5 hrs and finished up with time to spare (used coupon for two guys and six hours). Recommend highly! Guys were professional, personable, and hard working!

Services performed as needed/directed.

Mike, DJ and Steve called to tell us when they would be on site. They arrived on time and ready to go. They wrapped and packed all items professionally and transported them to our new home. They pointed out any discrepancies with items and gave us tips. They were simply outstanding! There is no way I would choose anyone else for my moving needs. They were courteous, hard working and professional throughout all phases of the move. They made this portion of the move stress free.

Outstanding! They movers were on time, courteous, professional and hard working... I could not have gotten a better crew to perform the work if I had hand picked them myself. I would not consider any other company for my moving needs. I highly recommend them.

it was an small move, but something we could not handle ourselves. they treated our belongings like they were their own. very careful, courteous and professional. will definitely use them again.

The move went well. They unloaded everything exactly where we told them to room wise. One thing i was not too happy about was i had to make 2 trips for the extras that was left behind...a few things here and there. And on top of that it was during rush hour making the 2nd trip so the clock was ticking. But i guess that's on me. One thing i did't like was how they billed me for an extra half hour for going over ONLY 7 minutes. Techincally my time was from 10am-6pm. and $90/hr after that. But my time should have started at 10:19am after the walkthrough. but they still charged me for the 7 minutes @ 7:07pm. I tipped them well.

The movers were great and very hard workers. Before they started I asked him if they would be able to get it done in the two hours, and he was very honest with me saying that it would most likely take one extra hour. That was fine with me I appreciated the honesty. The two guys that came covered everything in the house with moving blankets and even taped them to make sure nothing would get broken. They moved all of my stuff down three flights of steps. They were very hard workers.

Overall they were great. I will never move again with out hiring help.

Things went very smoothly. I was afraid that they wouldn't get it done in the amount of time that I bought but they finished the job in under the estimated time. I was happy that I didn't have to pay extra.
