Thank you for using A+ Quality moving. First I would like to address that you bought our 2-men/truck for 2 hours $150.00 coupon. $90 for each additional hour. Your move was 3 hours long. So the price of $1500.oo is incorrect. If you did not receive a move receipt please contact our office and one will be provided to you. As my Crew Leader extensively explained and noted we are not responsible for any damages occurred by previous movers. (We did NOT put your belongings into storage. We were hired to get them out of storage for you.) You also signed a release form that explains in detail that A+ Quality Moving is not responsible for any damages occurred in storage units. The movers who you hired to put your belongings into storage did not take care of your furniture or use proper moving procedures to protect your possessions from damages. As documented the tanning bed had been carelessly put into the storage unit (by previous movers. NOT by A+ Quality) and heavy items were stored on top of it. You also requested that we move a refrigerator for you; However we had to deny this request due to the food that was left in it for over the time your belonging were in storage. As it was explained to you in detail by our Crew Leader we can’t allow rotten food onto our trucks due to bugs, mold and smell. We are sorry you felt your move was not professionally handled. However A+ Quality can’t take responsibility for another moving company’s lack of respect to your belongings.
