It went well. They were on time, worked hard, and were careful with my belongings. Very efficient also.

They were superb! I wont be using anyone except them. They came and it was an inconvenient time for us so they came back with no complaints. They raise the price either. They were wonderful! They even hung a closet rod for me. I will always recommend them. It was a very smooth and easy process. They just knew exactly what to do.

Thaddeus (sorry if I spelled your name wrong) was very professional and courteous and offered me the best deal by far. I was very pleased with how quickly they responded and how fast they were able to fit me into their schedule. Tommy and Bobby did an excellent job of taking extra special care of my furniture and I truly appreciate how well they wrapped and protected it from any possible damage during transport. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and family. A great group of guys who do amazing work!

The team had trouble with their truck, so they were delayed about 2 hours. They kept me informed while they rented a truck to use. The move went well after they arrived. They were courteous and took reasonable care moving our items.

It was fine but I guess I need to read the fine print. This was a good deal until the booking fee, mileage and fuel fees got tacked on. Then it was double the price.

Carson and Kits arrived on time, were very courteous and professional. Cared for my beds as if they were their own. No damage at all.

When they got there, they let me know about an hour into the labor that they were entitled by Florida labor law to take a break. I told them they could take a break, but I wasn't paying for break. They came back from their break, loaded up everything in my home and took it to the storage unit. They told me they wouldn't open the truck and unload the items unless I paid them then with cash. On their website it says that they took cash, check, credit or debit card. They told me that if I didn't pay them cash right then, they would take all of my belongings to their storage unit and I could sue them to get my belongings back. The owner, Thaddeus, drove from an hour away. They charged me $65 an hour while we waited. The owner followed me to the ATM where I was forced to withdraw $300 cash. They then told me that since I didn't pay for insurance, they were going to through all of my items into the storage unit. They did that and broke many expensive items. Instead of paying for 2 hours of moving, I paid for 4 hours, which included their break and had to have police involvement.
