The team showed up right on time and were ready to work hard. Carson, Steven and Darryl were friendly and pleasant to work with. They happily powered through over 7 hours of strenuous labor, the whole time being very careful and respectful of my belongings. This is the third time I have hired A+ Quality for moving and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and value in their performance. I am happy to recommend this company to my friends, family and neighbors.

They called before them were to arrive. The were on time based on the scheduled time. They worked quickly and well together as a team. Supporting each other verbally etc, it was nice. Three men came and it seems the owners brother was responsible for the paperwork which was completed quickly. I was very satisfied with the service and the gentleman named Mike B. is the shining star of the team. Fast worker with a take control attitude that got the job done with exceptional professionalism. If he is not in charge, he should be. I regret that I had taken the tip out prior to them moving me and when it was all said and done I wanted to give more.

Everything went perfect! I was in the hospital and my husband was taking care of this. I sent them an email regarding what I wanted done and they performed perfectly!

A+ Quality Moving did a two part move for us; apartment to house to storage unit. The two men that came were friendly and professional. They handled all our items with care, wrapping furniture very securely. They worked very hard and steadily throughout the 5 hour move. In addition the booking process was smooth and, again, very professional. A very good experience!

We had a very unfortunate experience due to theft of my wife's 2 carat engagement ring and diamond pendant. Police were called to sight and discovered one of the employees had only been on job less than 3 weeks and was not bonded. According to owner bonding employees is not required. When police arrived all movers on site for day were interviewed and during this time my wife found diamond pendant in bath tub drain barely hanging on. We had noticed main suspect entering bathroom frequently and when police arrived he made another visit to bathroom to hide evidence. Owner arrived and fired employee in addition waived our moving charges but would not compensate for stolen 2 carat diamond ring. Second issue was that movers were very careless with our furniture nuts and bolts which left us in a situation where additional visits to our new home were required by company to fix and replace missing bolts to many pieces of furniture and replace damaged structure of child's bunk bed. Owner is a nice person and did work with us on cost of move, very unfortunate that employees are not bonded with back ground checks. We are still waiting for our receipt for move which when signed we had chosen full replacement insurance yet for some reason owner will not provide us a copy for filing a claim.

They did a terrible job and damaged my mattress. I had insurance with them for damage but they never made it good.

These guys were AMAZING! Called them last minute after my original mover backed out. They squeezed me into their schedule at the end of their day & were polite about it. Called me when they were about 20 minutes out to let me know they were headed my way. Were very careful & thoughtful with everything they moved. Even helped me with a couple of items I didn't even plan on them moving for me! From them returning my call to asking if there was anything else they could help with, these guys were professional! Quick & efficient!

Movers arrived on time, amazingly helpful, courteous and professional. They are worth their weight in gold. In the Florida heat, moving heavy items from the 3rd floor in the middle of the day, they maintained a wonderful disposition! They were great.

When I talked to the owner for the bid, he asked me about my requirements, what I needed. Other companies started telling me their fees first. This company really puts the customer first! The men who moved us were totally professional and provided extra advice about the damage our furniture could cause to wooden floors. We never considered the possible damage. Much appreciated advice! One can tell this company puts the customer first!
