JJ and Carson worked their tails off in the extreme Florida heat to get my items moved to the new house. They took extra care in ensuring my items were properly packed, secured and transferred to the new place without a scratch on anything. Great job, gentlemen!

The guys, Carson & Joey showed up promptly as promised. They got right to work - after instruction they moved several arcade and pinball machines to our downstairs gameroom. In addition they moved a freezer down the stairs as well. Not much detail to go into, they showed up, did their thing, were extremely professional and that was pretty much it. I'd use these guys again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. .

it went well, I will use them again. Just be aware that wood furniture can brake during the move and that the insurance that the company provides its minimal, you may wan to consider purchasing additional insurance if you have fragile furniture.

The care and attention they paid to breakable items: glass tables, mirrors, etc, was astounding - everything was wrapped for a cross country move, even though we only moved 4 miles down the road. The lead mover took personal responsibility for his two helpers, who followed his instructions precisely. All in all, it was flawless, and I could not have asked for a better experience.

The men arrived as and when expected. They wrapped the furniture to be moved so nothing would get scratched . When taking it into the new location they were very careful about not scratching either the furniture or the floors. They were professional, courteous, and cordial. All the services were performed well. We had a little snafu, but the problem was corrected at no charge to me. I was quite surprised at what a great job they did, as I knew nothing about this company and was nervous about using an unknown quantity. They place the furniture where I wanted it, set things up and really did a terrific job. I would use them again!

We started out the morning of the move with a little miscommunication on arrival time. That would normally be a rating killer for me, but A+ Moving earned the A rating for the move based on hard work, expertise, and attitude. The team of Mike, Mike, and JJ arrived ready to work hard. We did a quick walk through on what needed to stay and what needed a little extra TLC. From there, the team took over. They protected all my furniture in blankets and shrink wrap and did more to protect my belongings then I would have done myself. I did not see a single bump or ding on furniture, walls, or doorways. As an added bonus they brought an enthusiastic and willing attitude to the job. This initial move was from my house to storage. I will definitely use A+ again when I move from storage to new home.

I was very pleased with the movers that were sent to help us move. I was a little worried at first, because they called at the scheduled time to say that they were going to be hours late. They could tell I was not happy about this, so they were able to call extra people so that my house was able to be moved. They ended up only being an hour past the designated start time. I provided my list of moving items prior to the move, and was told to purchase the 3 hour move with 3 movers. Very happy I went with three movers, because it actually ended up taking 5 hours in total. They were not slow at all, so I'm not sure if my moving list was inaccurate, or if the quote for 3 hours wasn't enough to move all that I described. I have since suggested to friends and family to use the 4-person for 4 hours. The movers were extremely fast, friendly, and very careful with our things. We were very pleased, and would recommend them again.

These guys were amazing! The packing and moving crew were courteous, professional, hard-working and all around a pleasure to work with. Everything was moved safely without any damage, and they worked around our scheduling issues to make the move happen in the time frame we needed. The best part of working with A+ Quality Moving was their attitudes. When we arrived at our new home the A/C system was not functioning properly, and had been heating all day...in JULY! It was 115 degrees in the house. These guys laughed it off saying it gets hotter in the truck, and helped open windows and doors then got to work. Mind you this is 5 hours into the moving day so everyone was already hot and tired, but no one complained. We had several large pieces of furniture that needed to be taken apart and reassembled, and they handled it all. They also took care of all our electronics/TVs and W/D without any issue. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Whether you need help moving a small apartment or want the full service pack and move they are awesome.

It went EXCELLENT! Not only were they professional, but they were on time and very friendly. They were very careful in wrapping my furniture so there would not be any damage. They were also very efficient, being that there were some big pieces to move to a second level condo. I highly recommend them and have already told many of my friends about this company.

Thaddeus went over all the details with us a week before the move. He called the night before and gave us a two-hour window for when they would be at our place. They called thirty minutes ahead to give us a heads up. Mike, JJ, and Wesley introduced themselves. They were friendly and polite. We walked them through our place. They handled our furniture with a great deal of care. They worked very hard and because of their diligence, we had a very positive experience. One of the movers found my son's credit card under his bed and gave it to my husband. That speaks volumes about their integrity. I heartily recommend A+ Quality Movers. I hope I don't have to move for a while, but if I did, they'd be the first company I'd call.

They made our move so much easier for us. They honored the Angie's List coupon and agreed to load up stuff from one garage and move it AND unloaded 2 large pods for us. The move started later than expected due to the move before me, but they called several tines to update me and give me new time frames. The 2 movers that helped us (Mike and DJ I believe) were friendly, efficient, careful, and helpful! They made sure that they knew where to put the boxes and furniture and that the furniture was exactly where I wanted it, even when I changed my mind. They did not waste time or take excessive breaks. None of the furniture they moved or unpacked got damaged. I would definitly use this company again and reccommend them to anyone.

Movers called near end of their appointment window to let me know they would arrive in 30 minutes. Arrived 45 minutes later, outside of their window. The two men had me fill out some paperwork and were pretty quick to start. | | -The company states they do some light disassembly/assembly of furniture. The men did not bring their own tools. "I left it on the counter at home" he said. Whatever. I provide them with my tools to get the job done. | |-Don't even know what tools to use for the job. The guy asked me for pliers to remove nuts and bolts that were holding a table together. I gave him a ratchet instead. -After the men took a little longer than I feel it should have taken to fill the truck, we head out to the new place. Everything was unloaded fairly smoothly, as I just wanted most of the boxes left in the front of the house. |During this last part, I realized that my 4 month old washer and dryer that I paid a lot of good money for, had both been dented by the dolly they used. The movers decided to move the washer and dryer while they were leaning on their front, and not on their *flat* sides which would have been much less likely to dent. I was told not to worry, that Thaddeus would keep in close contact with me and make sure I was reimbursed. I filled out some forms to claim damage to my belongings. I was never contacted and had to initiate almost all of the contact regarding my damaged appliances. I decided to give up rather than continue to attempting to contact the company. Update: I was contacted by the business owner, Thaddeus, shortly after posting this review. He made his best attempt at fixing my washer and dryer, but was unable to find anyone to fix the dent due to their location on the machines, which is understandable. I was offered a refund and apology, and took them. I appreciate you resolving the situation, Thaddeus, and thank you for your honesty.

I bought a big deal for this service, but did not turn out very good. The advertised price was $300, but it wound up costing me over $1,000. First, when they were supposed to show up they gave me a call and said their truck broke so they couldn't make it that day. Then they came the next day with a truck. Moving was supposed to include packing materials, except for boxes, because I had plenty of boxes. They were supposed to have the shrink wrap, bubble wrap, tape and everything. They showed up and all they had was a couple rolls of tape and had four people. Then they charged me $30 for the tape. Luckily I happened to have some stuff. They did very poor wrapping and did not mark any of the boxes. It took me days to find my computer because it was in a box unmarked. It took me days to find my dishes because it was in a box unmarked. They broke some stuff and ran into the mailbox across the street from my new house and my neighbor was quite upset. They were supposed to move this plastic shed from the other house here and they were going to put it in their pickup. There were some ants on it so I sprayed the ants and it killed them right away. But they saw about three ants that were not killed so they said they could not take it because there were ants on it. Then when they left I went back to the house and I found all kinds of stuff they did not take including one huge painting that my son did which I kept emphasizing was really important and to be careful with it. They never took it and there also were closets full of stuff. There was a pickup truck full of stuff that they had to come back and get. They broke a 120-year-old mirror. I think there was one guy that worked on packing the office and he was somewhat good. He and the leader were okay. The move was disastrous. It wound up over $1,000. They did give me a receipt when I gave them the cash. They said they would email it to me and I did get that a couple of days later. It was on some kind of program I could not print out and somehow I got it lost so I have no receipt either. They had four men and it totaled 10 hours and I don't know how they got 10 hours in it. They did not get everything out of the storage either. The guys were nice; they were okay. They started making fun of some stuff I had too, which I was a little upset at. It was like they just did not give a sh*t. There was no professionalism. He did apologize because he forgot to bring everything they needed to pack with., but that is no excuse. They were on time. I would only suggest them to an enemy.

There was a delay due to severe weather which could not be helped but once the crew got going all went very well.

Everything went great. Thaddeus handled everything before the move and provided me with a fair and accurate quote. The movers were professional and communicated well through the entire process. They took their time to make sure everything was done according to our expectations and took good care of our items. I appreciated them going room-by-room both before and after completing the work at both job sites to make sure everything was done according to our preferences and expectations.

The movers were about 90 minutes late. I understand moves usually run late, but I wish they would have been proactive about letting me know when to expect them. Outside of that, the team at A+ was great. The guys were all very professional and courteous. We moved my 3 bedroom house in under 3 hours. Nothing was broken and I couldn't be happier.

Three young men arrived as promised, asked for any special orders / instructions I may have and then went directly to work. Mike, JJ, and Matt were SUPER efficient, quick, worked as a team and got things done in the shortest time frame I have ever experienced. Having worked for a major airline and having relocated many times, I can assure you this was unbelievable time. There was no damage to any items, these guys were SUPER friendly, courteous, and professional. My wife and I have already given their names and A+ Quality Movers info to friends who will be calling them soon.
