Iron Man Moving & Storage

Driver was over an hour late no call, expected time 10am. Thaddeus was contacted at 11am, an hour past expected time and responded there was a delay in earlier job and they would be on their way soon about another hour later. Arrived at noon. Asked them to bring wardrobe boxes and discussed it at time of arrival no boxes were left. We discussed timing to stay within the paid 3 hours and only get heavy items if running short on time. They did get just the furniture (no boxes) but still went over by one hour. Two of the three drivers were great, Corey, and CJ (I recall - unsure names). Third younger guy (possibly Jordan) was slower and required more direction. Nothing broken or damaged at the fault of movers. Corey was very professional and apologetic that they were unable to keep the 3 hour schedule even with modifications of delivery items.

The workers were very courteous and worked efficiently.

The movers were on time and took very good care of my belongings. Overall they were excellent.

AMAZING! From beginning to end Michael, Corey and Herbert we're just phenomenal...The care they took with each and every item, their professionalism and attention to every detail was absolutely wonderful. The price was more than fair and these three gentlemen helped alleviate the stress that usually is associated with moving. There aren't enough words to properly express how happy I was.

They called 20 minutes prior to arrival. They arrived on time. They (Carson, TJ and Clint) were professional, courteous and thorough. Everything that need to be wrapped was properly handled. They checked to make sure everything was fine before leaving. They were on site at the new location before we could get there! They started the work and placed things where we asked them too. During the drop off we noticed one wood piece (small end table) had suffered some damage. They took responsibility for the damage and took the piece with them for repair. They cleaned up after themselves and were friendly during the entire time. Prior to this process I relied on Angie's List to provide me a list of quality providers. I was not disappointed! I would use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone! A + Quality Movers made this a much better experience than I expected.

Mike and Eddy came in, kicked a**, and got the job done professionaly and quickly. They set up everything how I wanted, in a careful and prompt way.

After conversing about the items to move for the quote, they suggested the 2 hour coupon on the site should cover it fully which was the case. The team was on time, frienldy, careful and professional. They suggested tips and asked if the furniture needed to be wrapped prior to being carried down to the truck. Upon arrival at the storage unit they asked specically how the items should be placed to make sure the arrangment was as desired. All in all a great experience.

They did a great job, would highly recommend them!! The owners dad even saved a small shelf from my sons book shelf he found after the move- he stopped by not once (after my husband told him he had no idea what it was) but two times from completely the other side of town - awesome service!!

It went pretty good. They are very trustworthy and the service was efficient.

Showed up early as I requested , was very quick, careful, and organized , Earl and Clint did an amazing job getting me out of one house and into my new house ! Kept assuring me that everything would go smooth and it did! I had a lot of small stuff toward the end and they knew right where to put it! They were at my new house before we were and never once did I hear a gripe or complaint , always had a smile when I didn't ! These guys did what they said and in record time! Thank you for a great move! I had a bad experience last year with another mover and these guys made it all worth while ! Thanks to Angie's list for all their help and thank you to the movers for an awesome job ! I would highly recommend A + Quality movers to anyone and will if I'm asked! I chose the 6 hour time frame as our location was over two hours away it went over the 6 hour time frame and I knew it would and gladly paid the difference ! This mover does not charge by the pound as most movers do ! It's the hourly rate that matters most ! I can't thank them enough !

The team gave a window for arrival, but due to inclement weather they were delayed several hours. Thadeus did call and provide updates on anticipated arrival time. The team was courteous, pleasant, worked consistently during the time interval and was able to complete the job within the timeframe. (We had called ahead for an estimate of the time needed and Thadeus provided the estimate.) The team finished close to 10 pm, but all was set up and no major issues. The team was tired, but pleasant throughout.

The A+ Quality Movers arrived on time and immediately went to work moving my items. They also wrapped all my bureau's in blankets. No items were damaged and they stayed within the two hour time frame for the whole move process.

This company is the best moving company I have ever dealt with. They are prompt, hard working, talented, courteous, patient, and generally all around awesome. I just watched in awe. At the end of July, we were given short notice to move from our landlord, and we have 7 month old daughter. Needless to say, we could see a nightmare on the horizon. We quickly found a new place, but it was on the 3rd floor. We normally move our things ourselves, but with our new baby girl, we knew this was going to be a challenge, and moving to the 3rd floor made doing it alone an impossibility. Long story short, as we discussed having some of our friends help us, we realized most of them had something going on the date of our move and would be unable to help. (Besides the difficulty of convincing anyone to help us move to a 3rd floor apartment when it is 95 degrees.) We never considered hiring anyone; we thought it would be completely outside our budget. Then a friend told us he had found an online coupon, hired a local company to move and the price he paid astonished us. We thought it was too good to be true, but I started researching. Many of these online deals I found turned out to be bogus once all the additional charges were added in. But after a SIGNIFICANT amount of research, calling the company for a quote and reading countless reviews, I found that A+ Quality Moving appeared to live up to their name. We scheduled our move with them. Once I sent them a detailed inventory of what we were moving and signed the release form, they sent me an email with instructions on how to best prepare for the move, it was very detailed and helpful. I called them a few times before the move for various reasons: how transport our 50" plasma tv, rescheduling the move to an earlier date, requesting to purchase various packing materials, etc. They were so courteous, and very professional and always had the exact answers I was looking for. They called 30 minutes before arriving at our condo, as promised to let us know they were on their way. Upon arrival at our home, we went over expectations and I told them I needed to stay within 3 to 3 1/2 hours to stay within my budget, and that the big furniture and larger boxes were a priority, and anything else that couldn't be fit into our time budget we could move ourselves. I had already disassembled all of the furniture prior to their arrival and everything was staged to move and ready to go, boxes near the door. I set most of our fragile boxes aside for us to move ourselves, not because I didn't think that they were capable, but because I knew we were asking a lot to stay within our "time budget", and I didn't want the moving of fragile items to slow the process down. I was watching the clock carefully, but I couldn't believe how quickly they worked. The boxes and furniture might as well have sprouted wings and flown onto the truck themselves, the movers worked so efficiently. I had contacted them earlier in the week, as my husband was very concerned about the transport of out 50" plasma tv. They allowed us to rent a box, and they packed the tv, surrounded by pillows and blankets, and by the time they were carrying it out the door, my husband wasn't worried even the tiniest bit about the tv. They were so careful and very professional with it. We thought that in order to stay within our budget, we would have to be moving many things on our own...but after one hour, they had ALL of our things (besides the fragile boxes I had set aside) on the truck ready to go to the new apartment. We met the truck at the new apartment, and they got started carrying and dollying everything up to the 3rd floor. I thought the heat and the stairs would slowly take their toll on the movers efficiency and speed (because I know they would if it were me), but no- they were incredible. Of course, the stairs added time, but it took exactly twice as long to move in as it did to move out. They finished at exactly three hours...under our budget! I would recommend their services to anyone. This is a great team, they are efficient and professional and friendly. Now, not to take anything away from the movers--they were everything we needed them to be--but I feel I need to be clear: we did tons of prep work, disassembling the furniture, we reassembled it ourselves at the new place; we did not have them place the boxes and furniture where they belonged- we just had them drop them all off in the living room of the new place. We wanted above all, time efficiency. And that's what they gave us. This company has a wide range of moving services, and as they told us, every move is different. We had some friends warn us of about our "online coupon" before our move, telling us their horror stories of how long their move took, and they went way over budget, etc. We did an extensive amount of research, picked the right company for our move, and prepared to the nines, and were also very clear about our expectations with the team that arrived to move our things. Above all, this was the best moving experience of my life. Thank you, A+ Quality Movers! Thank you!

Punctual, professional, took pride and extreme care with all pieces of furniture. Moved into new home with new wood floors and painted walls with no issues.
