They were very good, overall.

We were very pleased with the way that they dealt with us. We were pleased with their willingness to have conversations about any questions that we had. We were pleased with final outcome. Their workers were polite, friendly, and hardworking. After 3 months, there is a slight issue that needs to be fixed and they said that they are willing to work with us to fix the problem.

We needed hurricane panels for our entire house. It was a good experience from our initial phone call. We were happy to have our appointment met in a timely fashion, the price was very good, the installation was timely and the quality of the work is great.

We were putting pillars in our front yard on our porch. I told the person the size of my pillars were 4x4. The girl was telling me that you can put in 4" pressure treated 4x4's into this post and it would look like the other ones that we have out front and they do look relatively the same. The problem occurred was when I tired to put the post into there, it wouldn't take it. I believe we ended up just shaving it down. I wasn't happy with the service in general. If I was going to do a back porch, I would get somebody else. If I was going to do more posts out front, I know what to buy there because it would match the rest of them. It would be a 6x6 post from them. It was just this one girl she did not know that I should have been using a 6x6 post and I relied on her because she was the person that sold me the item. I just count it up as lack of experience on her end and I rectified it on my end. I would buy off of them again, I just wasn't happy with the service. I have bought stuff of them before and didn't have a problem, it was just that one post.

The first step, which actually took place during the proposal phase, was to define exactly what materials/devices were available and which would best serve my purposes. the owner, Scott Walker was very knowledgeable/helpful here. There were several people in the installation crew and completed the job in just a couple of days. The front garage door was subbed and installed with no major problems. The overall job was as neat and unobtrusive as I had hoped-thanks to the NX305 fasteners for the shutters Mr. Walker suggested (see included photo).

It went excellent. They were on time and when they finished they cleaned up well. They offered a warranty on the materials that they manufactured but they didn't give me the warranty automatically, I had to ask for it.

The people that did the installation treated me like a queen, they were so polite and so friendly. They were very professional. There are a couple spots in the room where there are leaks, but the room is beautiful.

They were punctual, diligent and efficient. They completed the project ahead of time. There were no hidden costs. When we had a few small problems after completion, David Myers returned several times to make corrections and assure that we were satisfied. We are. That company does great work.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They did a good job and I would use them again.

The rep was on time and very informative. He surveyed the situation and told me that do to set back restrictions he would be unable to get the required permits.

They are very dependable. We have had a few leaks but they have come out and fixed the issue everything until it's resolved.

They did an overall good job. I had a couple a minor concerns, which were handled by Scott as soon as I notified him. I will definitely call them for any future projects.

Pleased. Gave deposit for work, and then decided to wait until a later date. They promptly returned my deposit without any hassles.

THEY PUT ON THE NEW ROOF AND DID A GOOD JOB.

ENJOYED WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY. THE SCREEN ROOM WAS THEIR DESIGN AND IT TURNED OUT BETTER THAN WE HAD PREDICTED. THE FRESH IDEAS WORKED WELL WITH OUR PLANS. MANY COMPLIMENTS FROM FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS.
