The Billiard Man LLC guys came to my recently deceased mother's home and disassembled an old pool table that I had inherited and wrapped it for transport. They then transported it in their truck to a storage unit a few miles away and stowed it for me. They plan to come back in December to retrieve it, transport to my new home and assemble it. We've also discussed them installing new felt and repairing damaged corners at that time. They arrived on time, did their work quickly and efficiently and we couldn't be happier. I will update this review once the table has been reassembled. Updated 12/15/14 - on 12/12/14, Jordan and his crew called ahead and we met them at the storage unit. They picked up the stored pool table and brought it to our new home, reassembled it and replaced the felt in a new color. It looks gorgeous and our family spent the entire weekend playing pool! They did any awesome job! I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family, and will use them again!

One of the best service providers I've worked with. Jordan went above and beyond to pick up the pool table and installing it. My wife and I had several delays in our household moving process but Jordan was kind enough to hold the table for us until we got settled. He even had to load it up twice because the one of the delays was short notice and he couldn't have been more understanding. He was personable, trustworthy and a really nice person. I would highly recommend him!

Jordan did a great job. He was right on time and knew exactly what he was doing. You can tell he does this for a living. He was fun to have in the house and the work was done quickly and right.

First off, Jordan personally answered the phone when I called to request a quote! I had to leave a message or voice message for others I contacted and then they did not call back promptly (days later or not at all). Jordan listened to what our goal was and made a suggestion that not only saved us money, but allowed the potential buyer to see the table after it was disassembled. He provided some good information about the quality of the table which we were able to relay to our buyer. Secondly, he showed up on time as was agreed and after a little discussion, set to work promptly. He was efficient, informative and had excellent customer relations skills. Overall, an excellent experience. I highly recommend Billiard Man for any pool table needs you might have. UPDATE: I recommended him to the buyer and he showed up as promised to move the pool table for them today.

Jordan and his helper were on time, polite and professional. They were quick and very careful both during the breakdown and set up. They did a great job setting the table back up and it is perfectly level. Would hire them again and highly recommend them.

Jordon and his assistant did a great job putting a very old pool table together. I saw on his website about a discount to ask about and he gave that to me. He was very professional and seems to love what he does. I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with a pool table.

I had my table crated and moved 600 miles to St. Pete. Jordan answered all my questions over the phone and came to my home and set up my table. We chose a new cloth, rails/ bumpers, and pockets. Man he did a great job and takes pride in the work he does! One of the pockets had been damaged prior to the move and Jordan found a new one and installed within a few days. The table plays better than it ever has. I found Jordan on Angie's List and he certainly is deserving of the Angie's List 2013 Super Service award!

It went great. Jordan and his brother were very professional. They really know their stuff. They met us at the location where I bought the table. Jordan, the owner, cheerfully arrived with his new box truck that he recently purchased. They quickly started the dismantling of the table. During the process, Jordan was very open to explaining what he was doing. Also, he brought up some antique tables he recently refurbished. You could tell this was more than a job for him. They finished taking apart the table just under an hour. They went across town from Dunedin to Tampa, and put the table back together in about 45 minutes. Definitely would recommend them and use the again.

You would never have known that the table was in bits and pieces and the slate was broken. He fixed the table and put it together it looks beautiful. You can not tell that it was cracked. He is very smart and he works very hard to continue the good name of his company. He wants to be proud and should be of his work. He called before he came and showed up on time. He did the work within the alloted time. He did everything perfectly. He was very careful to not bring any dust or debris in the home. He cleaned up by vaccuming once he was done, he brought his own vaccum.

We had an older table. He brought us a new table with stick, balls, and other amenities. He gave us a great packaged deal. The table is legal size with everything that came with it. He came out quick and was super friendly. He went out of his way to get this present for our son. He even felted the table in my sons favorite color. My son is extremely happy and uses it every night. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING GUY.

The move was handled professionally and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend in the future.

Did a great job, great price. Purchased a pool table and table with chairs. The table needed an adjustment and he came out on Sunday morning. We went to his home on a Saturday and picked out the table. Jordan explained the the difference between each table with no high pressure. Gene

Very pleased with everything. Jordan was upfront and honest, didn't try to sell me any any goods or services that we're unnecessary. He did a great job on my pool table. If I ever need it serviced again, I will definitely call Jordan.

Excellent work, very professional. He drove to the house to look at what was needed. Came back a second time to perform the work. We mentioned that we needed some new sticks, and he offered two that he had free of charge. Even after the tip, the feeling is like we took advantage of him. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

The service was excellent. He was here before we got there. He did have to come back because there was a wrinkle in the table. He took care of it and did a good job.

I called around quite a bit and found their prices to be competitive given the fact that they are licensed and insured. If you've invested a lot in your table and really enjoy playing it's not worth having guys that don't know what they are doing help you out. Jordan was excellent. He did a great job setting up our table, and spent time to tell us how to maintain the table and felt. He was polite, punctual, and even provided some extra chalk that matched our felt color. If you need pool table service he is the guy to use in our area.

Our billiard table suffered water damage from a cold water line that burst while we were away from home. Jordan, the business owner, was very professional on initial telephone contact. After discussing our need, he made arrangements to come to our home the very next day. When Jordan arrived at our home, he introduced himself in a very professional manner. He wasted no time in getting to the table and assessing the same. He quickly disassembled the table and took photographs. He provided detail for repair and/or replacement and prepared a written estimate. He answered all questions and concerns that we had. Upon leaving, Jordan insured that we could feel free to contact him at any time if we had any additional questions, needs or concerns.

Jordan and Eric did a fantastic job. They were very flexible and scheduling the move. I called them that morning and Jordan was able to make it to my house that afternoon to do the move. We decided to have the cloth and bumpers replaced while the table was taken apart. They brought the table to the house and set it up that afternoon and took the bumpers away to be replaced. The move was Wednesday afternoon and he came back Friday morning to put the bumpers and cloth on. Jordan was extremely professional and nice. What a great experience I had with him. I would recommend this service for anyone that needs repair or move. He was not the most expensive service either. Others were more expensive, but he did a great job.

Jordan was exceptional and very professional. He delivered on every one of his promises and secured a life time business relationship and referral source in me. He showed up on time, was very clean, very thorough, and handled everything with care.

The billiard man did an excellent job assembling my pool table. It was very easy to set up an appointment. I made the call tuesday sept 17 and set up the appointment for the next morning wednesday sept 18. He was on time and in and out in about an hour. I highly recommend the billiard man.
