Great communications from the start, was punctual for the appointment, and did the work smoothly and quickly. The only reason I probably won't use him again is I don't anticipate having another pool table!

This was a fantastic experience for me. I had new flooring put in and was not aware that the pool table would be "uneven" until my son tried to play the other day. We are expecting people in from out of town tomorrow so in a panic I my original table guy 5 times and he never even returned my call. Luckily I was able to reach Billiard Man. I have a very expensive Brunswick table so I am always "concerned" when it needs to be dealt with. They were great!! They understood I was in a bind and needed this done right away. They were courteous and explained a lot of things about the table that I had no clue about. I will use them in the future and I strongly suggest anyone looking to purchase a table should look to Billiard Man for a great table at a great price accompanied with excellent service. If I move again I would absolutely use Billiard Man to pack the table up. I am glad the other guy never answered the phone.... I now have much better service and look forward to using Billiard Man in the future.

AMAZING! I own my own business and don't offer recommendations lightly. From the moment of my first interaction to a follow up call several days later, it was a completely professional and pleasurable experience. Jordon is technically knowledgable, responsive, and very customer focused. At no charge, he assisted us in selecting the right table before we even committed to using him for the move. Once we purchased the table he accommodated our schedule for pick up at the seller and delivery to our new home. He kept communicating to us regularly regarding his actual time of arrival to our home and was meticulous during set up and refelting. He didn't leave until he felt the set up was perfect. We would highly recommend Billard Man for any of pool table needs including purchases, refurnishes and moves.

From the beginning, Jordan was a professional in the way he handled his business. I called him needing to get a billiard table moved from my home to another family members home. Jordan was able to provide me with the answers to all my questions and was able to accommodate my timeframe. Having faith in the responses and pricing I received, I hired Billiard Man to move the table. He showed up early (never a problem for me!) and went about his business in a clean and professional manner. He was quick and careful, a sign of somebody who knows what they are doing in any profession. Jordan and his helper moved and reassembled the table quickly and carefully. He charged a fair price for his work and care. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a billiard table who needs it moved or someone looking to buy a table.

We were having new floors installed. Or pool table didn't look bad, but was in need of repair (cushions were hard as a rock and the seams needed resealing.) After a lot of research we contacted Billiard Man. From the beginning Jordan was very professional, courteous and had great knowledge and passion for restoring pool tables. We knew we were in good hands. Jordan and his associate arrived on time (calling before-hand to let us know he was in route) on a Monday, disassembled our pool table, stored it in the garage, came back on the following Monday (after our floor was installed) and reassembled the pool table w/ new cushions and new cloth (an awesome color, I might add!) I recommend Billiard Man to anyone in need of disassembly, repair, moving and/or assembly. Great people!

The billiard man was contacted one day after I placed a deposit with a prospective pool table seller. Having played pool most of my life, I was aware immediately, after our initial conversation that Jordan was well versed in what was necessary to move and setup a pool table. We met at the sellers house at noon on the 28th of May. I arrived about 5 minutes late to find that the pool man had already measured and evaluated what was necessary to move the table. The table in question is a pro eight approximately 50-60 years old with a 3-piece 1" thick italian slate, with leather drop pockets, and a green felt in reasonably good condition. Not once did the Billiard man try to sell me anything, quite the contrary. He made me aware at each step what was going on and what would take place. The initial disassembly and move took less then one hour. Upon arrival at our new home, piece by piece the table was carefully brought into our home and assembled. Not one step was excluded or short changed. Throughout the setup process Jordan and his associate Eric meticulously cleaned, centered and leveled, not with a household level but one that would show the thickness of a piece of paper. Much to his surprise, the table did not need leveling. He said that this was only the second time he didn't have to level a table. I ask why, his answer was not that the floor was level, but the quality of the table was excellent. Back-tracking for a moment, when I arrived at the seller's house Jordan asked me if I was sure that I wanted to purchase the table because, if I didn't he he would buy it. This just reaffirmed what I already knew, this was a good deal, and we had chosen the right person for the job. One more point, this is not a part time job for the Billiard Man, this is his full-time profession, and professional he is. My thanks to the Billiard man as the table plays great, and looks great.

From the moment I called Jordan when seeking estimates to move my Mitchell pool table, I knew I found the right person to trust. He has a tremendous customer service rapport that is rare these days. It was easy to find online evidence of his work, even if just by reviewing his FaceBook page,https://www.facebook.com/BilliardManLLC, as he posts a photo of each table he moves and/or re-covers with his signature hat. My move had a few possible dates and his response was basically "no worries" keep me posted. Even when the closing time and general mover arrival times shifted slightly, the response with the same. I had him re-cover the table to a higher-end cloth and he was thoughtful enough to call me the day he was picking up the supplies to double check my color choice (since I wasn't 100% sure). Jordan will certainly continue to be successful as a business owner with such an attitude. The move took place without a hitch. I could give little to no supervision of the pool table move because of the other events of the day, and I had zero worries with Jordan and his team because our close communication prior to the move. He set up and recovered the table at my new house and we could not be happier. He made suggestions for the placement to improve accessibility, as well as left an extra cue the size he recommended for the space we have. He assured us he was close by if we needed anything. My one wish was that there were more business owners like Jordan!!! I know expansion of business requires using more employees, and without oversight, you risk losing some of the attention to detail and guaranteed quality, but his direct involvement is so appreciated! Would we use him again - OF COURSE (though hopefully not to move the table to a different home!

The move went great, they were very accommodating as I was also having the house packed up in the morning and needed to change our time by a half hour. I will definitely use them when we are ready to re-cloth our table.

Jordan and his team did an excellent job working with me on this pool table move. Not only is he particular and does outstanding work, but his customer service is wonderful. I had a lot of questions for him and he was very patient and helpful in answering my questions - you could tell he has been doing this for a long time. (He also builds and sells used tables and does custom pool table services. I didn't need these services, but a testament to his expertise) He would give me his opinions, when requested, but always let me make the decisions. I needed it done quickly and he was able to set the move up with me for the very next day at a time that worked for me in my work schedule, working me in between his other jobs. Jordan is very particular about his work. He used a machinist level (very accurate level) to make sure it was flat and told me that if I had any problems or if it settled at all (I have new wood floors) he would come out within the next 60 days to re-level it. His prices were very fair (lower than most) and his service was impeccable. He did not "upcharge" me for the felt. I compared his prices for the same felt to what I could buy retail and online and they were much lower. My table looks great and plays great. I could not be more happy with the service and quality of work that Jordan provided. I will definitely use him in the future if I ever need my pool table moved or re-felted again.
