I couldn't have asked for a better experience. After spending the weekend with a clogged main drain I was desperate. Pete showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Backing his work with a year long warranty demonstrates his confidence in what he does. The price was reasonable. I'll definitely use them again!

The servcie was reliable efficient and a good value.

They came out right away. He was here in less than 2 hours. My water company said my water usage is back to normal now.

The overall service of my plumbing issue met all my expections. I do expect quality service and fair pricing that's why I go through Home Advisor. Pete from White Glove Piping was very knowledgeable and efficient in the repairing of my shower leak. I was also surprised with his one year warranty on his work he provides. Arrived within 1 hour of confirming with receptionist that we needed their services. Job was completed one hour later.

Had a great experience with this company. They called and we actually were able to schedule the service a day earlier. He came on time, was very personable, knowledgeable, and fixed my toilet and faucet in a timely manner. The only thing is it seemed a little pricy for what was done, but since I didn’t shop around I don’t have anything to compare the rates to.

Pete's knowledge of the job was notable: however he failed to deliver quality work. What was to be a 2 week project turned into well over a month with many unresolved issues. He often left the job to his helper who had very little experience while he attended to"emergencies". When a leak was pointed out his response was "it won't cost you much" and then left until the next day. Little or no care was taken to protect homeowners possessions. Each day I was left with hours of clean up. Nails scattered everywhere, it looked like a demolition derby. I hired a second plumbing company and others to check his work because he would not and did not pull a permit as required. The following had to be redone: 1-Redo shower prep and leveling of the walls, and water proofing walls. He did not prepare it for handicap accessible. 2-Redo toilet guts after improperly installed . 3- Fix broken drawer runners of bathroom cabinet. 4-, bathroom sink improperly installed. 5-I had to rewire the security system, when he was in attic he pulled the wires out with his feet. 6-Water heater was connected incorrectly but I have to live with that until it leaks. 7-He was to cut old pipes flush to wall but 2nd company had to do. 8-Used oil stained wall board and oil leaked through walls and had to pay for ac company and plumber to find leak in wall, but there was none, it was the oil....He definitely took advantage of me and this is only the tip of the iceberg

Returned my call on a Sunday evening and came to the 🏡 "johnny on the spot" on Monday am, fixed by Monday b4 lunch. A lot less than what we anticipated. A job well done!!!

First off, Gina accommodated me to be visited by a tech within a couple hours notice. She was engaging and committed to send me a tech today because I have a tight schedule this weekend and next week. Pete showed up on time and ready to get to work. Pete was quick to inspect ALL areas and was accurate troubleshooting my domestic water piping and faucets. He wasted no time to get "dirty" getting to the crawling space underneath my double wide home. He was very thorough and double checked all the pipes for leaks. He explained all his steps so I understood what to do next. I am very pleased with the work performed and recommend this company as very professional and dependable.

Very professional, came within the time frame stated, no pressure service. Work was completed without any issues.

My water main broke sometime yesterday outside. Came home at 1 am from work and had water spraying everywhere. I was able to shut the valve but my house had no water. Someone called me at 1:30 am after my request was put in and they were at my house by 7 am, everything fixed by 8:30. I’m so relieved.
