Messaged Restore Rabbit on Saturday morning 12/29 via Facebook and had a response within minutes. After exchanging information, I texted their lead tech Aaron a picture of the area of concern. He quickly got us set up for an appointment Monday morning 12/31. They provided an ETA as the tech was departing HQ and arrived right on time. Matt was courteous, professional, and clean-cut. The company van looked clean and well-maintained. Matt spent about an hour doing a thorough inspection. He first checked the area itself, then looked in the attic and outside for any other signs. He explained the process, tools, and techniques he was using and answered all of our questions. Ultimately he determined that there were not any immediate concerns. I really appreciated this honesty and integrity. Knock on wood we don't need restoration work done in the future, but if we do we'll definitely be using Restore Rabbit.
