They were very knowledgeable when describing the different systems that are available. Also, their customer service is very responsive and they are able to come out same day or the next day when an issue arises.

I called and they came out within the hour and we are so nice and respectful. They did a wonderful efficient job and we are out of here in less than an hour and a half! Would definitely recommend and use again

Very professional crew, from the guy that came to do the presentation to the installers. Worked fast and the price was just right. They just told me what they had and allowed me to choose, and did not try to sell me things I did not want nor need.

Mike explained everything very well and really helped in our decision about which system to buy given our special circumstances. George and his assistant did the install of the filters and came back another day after getting a hot water dispenser for us and after we had an electrician put in a plug for the dispenser. They installed and reverse osmosis under the sink and managed to leave some space for other items. Cannot say enough good things about the experience. the team members and the product!!!
