The owner Ernie does all his own work. He came out and pretty much rebuilt our 11 year old softener system piece by piece. He explained every piece of the system to me, what was wrong and what needed to be fixed, from the piston that was seized up to the o-ring that was shot, the hoses that were leaking, the incorrect wiring, the too low air pressure in the tank, the dirty container that holds the chlorine tablets and the sticky clocks that were not turning cleanly. He checked EVERYTHING! He was extremely thorough, cleaning every piece, checking and rechecking every component. and fixing everything that was not working correctly on the system. He told me that he would get the system right and that is exactly what he did, even through a rain storm. Ernie was here for over 3 hours and did not leave until the system worked properly and the water pressure in our home checked out ok. I believe Ernie to be highly knowledgeable about water systems and he took care of our system with confidence. He was sincere and did not overcharge. I felt so good about his work on our system that I have cancelled our previous water treatment service company and will be having Ernie as our water service agent from now on.

He does a great job. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He gives the price upfront and is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.
