It was a pleasure dealing with Rodberg Plumbing, who repaired a ruptured outdoor underground pipe as a rush job. They did a great job, were prompt, pleasant, communicated well,and were fairly priced. They took advantage of me in a semi-emergent situation. A HOSE from my water heater was spraying water. he was here for 20 minutes, replaced the one hose and charged me $425. Should have been $250 max. Provided NO upfront quotes and then when completed, gave NO itemized receipt for the work. Was on text w/ 2 other Co's that gave me quotes and an upfront fee of $89 to come out for a non scheduled appt. Rodberg charged me $225 just for a visit fee. This was written by Rodberg plumbing in another review; All are pricing are upfront , discussed and agreed to. (Lies)

Fast same day service.

They came in immediately, fixed the issue that turned out to be fairly small and everything works now. Really happy with the turnaround. I definitely recommend them for any job.

I never really write reviews, but I felt the need to express my gratitude towards these guys. They called me immediately, on time,very professional. Steven knows what he s doing, like it s his calling. I liked that he offered a payment plan. All of that aside, my stupid neighbors cat got stuck in the tree above the fence and he took the time to rescue it. Sold guy. Solid work. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service and nice people. They were timely and very helpful. We were working with a condo project which required them to come back when full water was back on and they were totally available and pleasant about coming back to make sure there were no leaks etc. I would highly recommend them.

The worst experience I ever had left me with a leak ruined my vanity took my money and refused to come back and fix leak lied about everything and i mean lied unbelievable due in small claims court September 25 2019.

Polite, extremely fast in answering, professional, did a great job, but way too expensive for the work done.

Plumber showed up at my house and didn't cover his feet. He left a mess in the bathroom. I had a backup in the Master bathroom. He didn't fix the problem in the tub. Left the bowl under the sink full of dirty hair, very misleading with the price. It was just a nightmare. Whatever he used it made my house sink. They promise to come back the next day and then wanted to charge me an additional $200.00.

I have had a terrific experience with Rodberg Plumbing.They resolved a long term problem that 4 other companies could not solve. Alan and Steven are a wonderful breath of fresh air for any plumbing problems that you ever have.

I would not hire this people again, very disappointed with their service. I have to call them again because I have the same problem a couple of days later and he wanted me to paid the $375 again.

Terrible experience. Unresponsive to issue following installation. Electrician screwed up my electric wiring.

Showed up at 9:00 am on father's day

They came same day that I called in need to snake out main water drainage to my home. Technician Alan walked me through what the problem was and showed it to me on the camera inserted in the drain. My only negative comment would be that it was a much higher cost then I would have expected. I was impressed enough with Alan s professionalism and knowledge that I contracted them to install a new water heater.

Shady work, dishonest, would not follow up even the job is not completed. Water is backing up tot the washer. Have a contract with him, he installed the wrong unit.
