I was very pleased with their work and I would highly recommend them. They were prompt, courteous, and gave a fair value. The quality was excellent. They were recommended to me from other neighbors. They were fast and they got the job done in about 90 minutes.

They performed professionally and their price was more than fair. If anyone needs sprinkler work, I highly recommend Greens Lawn and Sprinkler Inc.

We purchased a new house with a faulty irrigation system. Many areas not getting water, pump seized up within the first week, flooding in some other areas. Bob came out and looked at the system, and had the pump changed out immediately. We then looked at the sprinkler heads, many have been broken. He sent Pete and Eric out to do the work, which took a few days between converting the antiquated system to a newer digital one and testing, moving and replacing many rotors. All three gentleman who came out were polite, professional and hard workers. Would highly recommend this company for any irrigation needs.

Bob the owner showed up on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and had everything fixed that day. Very fair pricing and cordial. I will use him again with service like this.

The owner returned my original call within an hour or so and sent someone out about an hour later. Then the owner also joined us and we walked the area assessing the job. You can't get any prompter then same day! This was on a Friday afternoon and he said he would e-mail me a quote Monday morning. We have been getting a lot of rain so there was no urgency on my part. The quote was in my e-mail early Monday. I e-mailed back that I wanted him to go ahead late on Monday. He called promptly on Tuesday and we set it up for Wednesday. He said his guys would be there between 8-8:30 and they were at my door promptly at 8. They did everything on the quote. What nice guys also - from the owner to his son and the other 2 guys - they were great! I highly recommend them. As to the price being reasonable, I have no point of reference on this .

It went great. Even though I wasnt home, they performed the work and did it well.

These guys were simply great in all aspects...... Courteous, punctual, reasonable in pricing (compared to some other people I contacted), and most of all...professional. I purposely waited a week to see the results before I wrote this review. My go-to guys for any future sprinkler system needs.

They were hard to get a hold of and schedule but once they called me back they became responsive. I did call back for follow up service after the initial work they did, and was not able to get a return call.

Jeff is an excellent businessman and just a great guy in general. Plain speaking, punctual, honest, and knowledgeable are all words to describe him. I have a small nursery that needed some much needed irrigation maintenance. So happy I found him. He and cousin Eric worked tirelessly to complete a not so "cookie-cutter" job. I was appreciative that they gave me a quick estimate. I have a positive experience with them. They were very responsive. The owner Jeff Vail was very responsive and polite. He gave me a complete estimate, parts, labor and price.

They came out the same day I called. I was not at home, called them into our gate. Diagnosed the issue.. called me.. I ok'd the work. All done.. Works great..

Bob came out and assessed myt situation, made some very good suggestions and, with my approva, went right to work. He was ecellent, polite and very knowledgeable. My sprinklers are working great now. A job very well job and one satisfied customer. I would definitely use them in the future and would not hestitate to recommend them to friends.l

Mr. Dale and his team were very polite, professional and always on time. Mr. Dale was kind enough to accommodate my work schedule and even offered to come over on a Saturday to make the repairs. After everything was up and running, Mr. Dale and his team even took the time to sit me down and explain exactly how the system worked since this would be my first time using it. They truly went above and beyond. I would HIGHLY recommend Green Lawn to anyone in need of sprinkler repairs.

Jeff and Eric spent less than a half day to install a new K-Rain zone valve and replace 11 mist heads and 2 rotor heads. They moved one rotor away from bushes that blocked flowing water and cleared and adjusted all other sprinkler heads as needed. They then walked me through the entire system for familiarity. They're fast, knowledgeable, honest, and priced fairly. I highly recommend this company for any sprinkler system needs.

I contacted Jeff Vail after seeing his great reviews on Angie's list. I explained that we had recently bought a house and that the sprinkler system wasn't operating properly. Jeff was in the area and came by the same day. He replaced the broken heads and got the system working. A couple of weeks later, we had additional landscaping installed. I had accidentally turned the system off and my lawn service had broken a couple of sprinkler heads. I called Jeff when I realized we were in danger of losing the new plants. Once again, Jeff immediately showed up to fix the system. I would highly recommend Jeff Vail and Green Lawn Sprinklers!

Contractors such as these guys are what makes Angie's list wort every penny of the annual cost! Called Jeff he said he'd be out to look at what I had. What I had was a poorly wired, though functioning pump, disconnected piping due to a recently completed addition to my property in the rear yard. Jeff's employee Eric arrived on time and immediately got down to work flagging areas that should have sprinkler heads. He assessed my pump and stated that they could add new cellanoids, clean up wiring and run completely new piping and heads. Soon after owner Jeff arrived, got the update from Eric and immediately began plotting what I'd need. Jeff told me an approximate price on the spot---and told me to have grading completed by landscaper (me), preferably before he begins. He advised he would be there first thing on Monday. Monday was a drenching rain---that didn't stop these guys, they had trenched out the entire back area, laid piping and installed heads. Jeff even made upgrades and suggestions based on what I was to be planting in certain areas. A real pleasure to work with such straight shooters, who are both as knowledgeable as they are nice. Jeff then advised that due to the soaking they had taken working in the rain he would not be able to troubleshoot and upgrade the front and said he'd come back. Sure enough the next day he and Eric where there---to upgrade, tweak, and fine tune my front zones. Jeff even took the time to teach me my timer usage, and set the entire property zones. Real service! I've looked over many contractors and chose these guys because they are small, lean and you are dealing with the owner. I personally prefer to give my business to the "small" guy---so the person you speak to is the person who owns the company. I also liked their reviews. Unfortunately like any company, service, or trade there are inevitably a few "negative" remarks/grades. Interestingly enough I noticed many of these are just persnickety people who didn't have work done! I've been on AL for 5 months and couldn't be happier with the professionals I've found here, these guys one of my best finds yet and I highly recommend them. I know they will be my go to for any irrigation issues in the future, not to mention recommending them to anyone who might need them.

I called Green Lawn and left a message, Jeff called me back promptly. I set up an appointment day and time with Jeff for about 8 days later between 8-9am. That was the first appointment date available he had for him to come out. On the day of the appointment, at approximately 0845, a gentlemen showed up in a plain looking truck, no signage on the truck or any type of uniform or t-shirt with a company logo on it. I asked if he was Jeff, I knew it was Green Lawn because the Security Officer at our entrance called me to let him in the community. The gentleman stated no, Jeff sent me. I thought ok, it was supposed to be Jeff, I will give it a try, he is here now. The first question I asked him was about my zones on my sprinkler pump. I was not impressed by the answer he gave me, he just stated the obvious of what I already knew. Also, the cost is $85.00 per hour just to look at the system and then parts are extra. He was stating a price of $125.00 to take the timer/pump apart and if he had to rebuild it that would be $265.00 I told him never mind, and have a good day. I was not impressed at all, the gentleman was nice enough, but did not seem too sure of himself. Again, I thought that Jeff would be here as we spoke about. The reason I am putting this review down is, when I called to make my appointment and Jeff called me back I asked are you the owner and he said it?s him and his dad. I asked will you be coming out to my job and he stated yes. That?s my first complaint. Second, I have used many companies from Angies List, you can read my reviews and everyone who has come out has been in a marked vehicle with some sort of sign and/or at least a shirt with the company logo on it. In my opinion, they should be in some sort of company vehicle or uniform or at least a T-Shirt with the name of the company on the shirt, come on. As of this posting, a full day later, neither Jeff nor the company has called me to explain why he did not come to my job or to even find out why I did not use their company and that also makes it unprofessional. It must be nice to have more work than they need and have all the money you need and don?t need anymore. As we all know, the best type of advertisement is word of mouth. Well, I guess you can tell by this review, that I will not be recommending this company to anyone. It?s really a shame, you try and go with a local small business and this is how you get treated. I was looking forward to using a family owned business, never mind I needed my sprinkler system worked on. Their loss, it?s more than just about money sometimes. I guess things happen for a reason, my neighbor had a sprinkler company out this morning and I asked if they could look at my system when they finished and their response was, sure, we would love to.

Outstanding service! Jeff arrived promptly at the arranged appointment time and began work on my entire sprinkler system. Broken sprinklers were replaced, all sprinklers on the property were checked and adjusted and repaired if needed. Total time, one hour! Great professionalism, fast service and great work.

Everything went great! Easy to work with. They are busy so you may wait for appointment but worth the wait!

Couldn't be a nicer experience. Father and Son team were a joy to work with. spent 3 days at the property and installed a 45 head 5 zone system that works great. Very knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant guys.

Call Green Lawn Sprinklers two days ago. Jeff got back right away, and we set-up an appointment for Monday the 9th of Dec. He arrived a 8:00am has he said he would. We discussed the problems I ways having so he would have an idea of what was wrong. When he arrived he went through all the problems with me made some adjustments and explained the whole system. When I asked the fee he said he really didn't do anything but to keep him in mind when work needs to be done. I don't know of anyone who comes out and performs a service like that now a days. I would tell anyone needing sprinkler repairs to call them.

They came out yesterday and looked at even the rain. It was a wonderful experience. They answered all of our questions, checking the timing, and reset our timer for us. They have been here numerous times and we will continue to use them.
